It was late, I was concerned about getting there with enough time for them to bake my pizza. I called ahead at appx 12:20am-phone was picked up on 1st ring-very pleasant greeting, I said I know you close at 1, can I still order a pizza now? Without hesitation the reply was "OF COURSE" with a genuinely enthusiastic positive tone. I was relieved since I was starving at that point w/ no other option. I normally prefer to order in person since I have a custom order. But given the time I thought I better let them get started. Brittany was so efficient taking my order I was afraid it might not be correct. When I arrived, Brittany repeated my exact order.I thought she was amazing given the hour-her incredibly positive attitude,energy&proficiency,caring,customer-centric demeanor&authenticity really shines through, even at almost 1am.I find this to be very rare, especially this late. They even had suffered a recent disruptive power outage and she was completely unfrazzled-incredible since this would be too much for most people! I had also inquired about a deal". Have asked @other pizza places who never give a break,Brittany looked&found me a nice discount. She didn’t have to do this! At this time, she was also going through the store's closing process. As a business owner myself I notice how employees work. Despite the late hour and my fatigue&hunger, I couldn't help but notice how efficiently&energetically Brittany performed her duties! It was truly amazing as I have never seen an employee with such a positive attitude and care towards not only the customer but also towards her duties! She is truly remarkable-an exemplary Happy's team member.Brittany performed as I perceived an owner or manager would-very impressive-even more so given the late hour, & I'm sure, her very long work day. I would be completely remiss if I did not post this stellar experience at Happy's Pontiac! It was a Godsend to me-I couldn't have had a better experience given my circumstances. It was exactly what I needed but never expected! Brittany's customer care, great listening skills, attention to detail, genuine&positive customer interaction exceeded my expectations by a long shot. Whoever her boss is,I truly hope he or she realizes what a rockstar Brittany is! In my opinion as a customer&business owner myself, she represents the store, the brand,&herself at the highest level possible.Brittany made this more than a great experience for me-it was exactly what I needed at that moment.I can honestly say it was a textbook perfect example of a positive++plus experience that any customer anywhere could ever hope for.I also must mention chef Andrew's expertise in pizza making.I checked before I left which is important to do-we all hate getting home w/ an incorrect order-certainly not the case here! It was exactly as ordered! I was so excited when I saw all of my specified ingredients plentifully distributed on the pie,(no skimping),the colors popped! I think it's a pizza maker's skill not to burn/ruin the green peppers-they were perfect-fresh&bright green-beautiful! I was so hungry I absolutely inhaled four or five pieces before I even started the car!Thank you so much Brittany&Andrew!! I will be back again&again for more delicious food&to experience your terrific customer service, Brittany!! It is an absolute joy, especially these days when many employees don't have the desire or ability to deliver fantastic customer service!Brittany hands down raises the bar--to the ceiling! (And in case anyone is wondering, no, I am not related to these guys)This was not the first time I’ve been to this location,&have always had a fine experience-but this was the first time I met&had my order taken by Ms. Rockstar Brittany,&made by the amazing pizza chef Mr. Andrew!SO SO GOOD!You should run to this Happy's Pizza the next time you're hungry for any of their menu items! I'm sure whoever takes&makes your order will do an awesome job, but you'll be especially pleased if Brittany is working the front&Andrew is in the kitchen. GO!!! GO to Happy's Pontiac NOW!!!...
Read moreSo got a couple pizzas and some wings delivered to my home. Box was crushed and the whole pizza was stuck to the top. Eventually it fell back down and I grabbed a slice while my girl called to let happys know about the situation. Initially the woman on the phone suggested we set the pizza to the side (after my family waited over an hour to eat) and they would make a new one, have it sent out and the driver would take the other one back. We declined and asked could they make a note and give us a replacement in the future. She placed us on hold and a guy I assume was the manager got on the phone. He asks why we done want them to send one out and my girl tells him we would prefer credit seeing as it’s dinner time and we wouldn’t want to have to wait another 45 min to an hour for our meal to be prepared and while we wait to not touch the pizza so that they can take it back as evidence I guess. She told him that we would prefer the credit so that we could have dinner. He says “oh so it’s edible?”. We respond that it’s edible besides the slices that were stuck to the top. He then says how he’s not replacing a full pizza if the full pizza wasn’t ruined and that he would put a $7 credit on our account. Terrible customer service and this is a place we’ve ordered from often, long story long and we declined his offer and let him know that would not be patronizing that location in the future. Hope this helps if you’re considering this spot, they do not value...
Read moreI called three times to make sure that my fries were the last thing put in the box and that when they were they cut a hole in the box to let out steam. When got my order a ranch had exploded in the bag over everything. The fries were tightly wrapped in wax paper and were as if they had been soaked in water. My burger looked like it too had been been dipped in water out of spite and my shrimp were so wet and discsuting it was replusive. When I called the manager she offered to credit my next order as if I never wanted to be at there again?! Or as if I was was going to be ok with spending 50 dollars of my hard earned money on that food. If you can call it that. She then got mad at me and demanded I gave the good back to her when I told her in wanted my money back. No problem there. Take it! Maybe ocj will take it for the worst inmates they have as a punishment but i doubt it. Do not waist your money on this discussing place. The food sucks. The manager is rude and horrible and if I had the choice to starve or eat that I would choose to stave. Especially for those ridiculous prices. So gross. The costerm service sucks, because the manager is a condescending and arroegent and the owner is more concerned about his 90k car then the quality...
