Worst customer service ever, they lie and say there is only 3 people working but every time you call back someone different answers. Might I add I called back 5 times and got a different name. So either there are 3 people working or we have people using multiple names! 3 hours to get 2 pizzas delivered is ridiculous, and then Angel informed me if I wanted my pizza faster I should suggest them some employees to hire for them. Well sorry Angel, Its not the communities responsibility to hire your help nor mine. Tell your manager to manage people better and they will come work for her very easily! And also when I asked why it was taking so long to get our order by the unnamed male that answered the phone he just hung up!
Very unprofessional and I wouldnât hire these people to do anything for me! I would like to give them a negative 10000 stars!
Also so everyone knows, dominos has a link on their website so they can share or sell your information so you can opt out it, they canât even make a pizza much less do I want them sharing and selling my personal information! Nothing like ordering a pizza and then getting âyour car warranty is about to expireâ call!
Iâm sure not all of dominos establishments are like this, but the one in Pontotoc is a train wreck!
This establishment is a joke and shouldnât even be in business much less serving people food!

I was in the handicap parking because I have mobility and have had rotator cuff surgery issues. Had to go in and get order after watching another person go in and leave while the young boy sat on his phone at the counter. When I asked why I had been waiting he just asked for my online name. Got the 2 food items. So I asked could I get a bag for my bottle of sprite he decided wasnât his job to get. Popped the bag open and handed it to me so I could bag up my drink instead of trying to help. When I asked had he been doing this long he got very loud and told me I had my order and could leave the store. Refused to tell me his name so I began to find who was in charge or the manager. Tony said he was in charge at moment. I explained situation that I was dismissed as I was trying to make a complaint. Well the computer doesnât alert them when we say we are there. I was there 20 min after my order was confirmed ready. I did say should someone not try to keep an eye out for flashing lights if no customers are there and I watched him on phone for 5 minutes unconcerned then act like itâs my fault for being upset.
