Against my better judgment, I decided to give this location one final try by redeeming my "quality guarantee" credit. They messed this up too! Even after the male employee read everything back to me. They did not use the Garlic Parmesan flavored crust, did not use light cheese, it was not well done, and I explicitly stated how much I hate onions, yet they still put them. Combined with the attitude of the male who answered the phone proves they do not care about customer service at all & I don't know how this location remains in business.
4th time in a row they forgot the garlic parmesan crust. They need to remove it if they’re not going to use it. Phone just rings and rings. Filing a dispute with my bank.
Update 1/6 Management made it right. Pizza was perfect, delicious and the best so far from there. Update again 1/1- They dropped the ball again. No garlic parmesan crust, not well done and a lot of cheese when I requested light cheese. Unfortunately, they are added to the list of unreliable chains.
Update: ordered again on 12/15 and they forgot to use the garlic parmesan crust, but fast delivery and the rest of it was accurate.

Read moreI pick up from here regularly, and I don't have to wait. However this time... It's Memorial Day. A woman by the name of Trish does the scheduling. There were only 2 people working with people pouring in to pick up their dinner orders. Apparently, Trish was there until 6pm and when the clock hit 6, she was out of there. So, myself along with others there to pick up their food, were told the truth of how far behind they were. The gentleman behind the counter was very polite, and courteous about refunding my money. I was the one who asked who does the scheduling. The gentleman behind the counter was polite enough to tell me her name is Trish... because I asked. He did not just give it up freely. This Trish person should have either stayed to help, or made sure there was more than just two people taking care of all the orders on a holiday... which is ridiculous and should be ashamed of themselves. The 2 people there that were working were doing their best to keep up and they were hustling to do it. They were not being lazy. They were doing their jobs. There was just not enough people to get the job done as quickly as it should have been. People who work in the fast food industry should be respected more than this. Read moreIn the last 8 months I’ve ordered twice from this location. Order 1 was so wrong I actually laugh. I figured whoever was making the pizza was quitting. On top of that they were cold and about 40 minutes late so basically took about and hour and 10 minutes to deliver 10 minutes away. After countless times trying to get in touch with the store I finally went to corporate and they said they’re take care of it, wrong. It’s been a while since I ordered so I said ok let me check this location out again. After waiting 40 minutes for my food DoorDash called and asked if I got my food. Of course I hadn’t. The driver had to go to the place to make my food again and she brought it right to me. Half ham and pineapple (I know that’s fake pizza) had 7 pieces of ham other half extra pepperoni had 9 piece of pepperoni. I tried calling twice to talk to someone, once before I got my food and once after. First time it rang forever and no one answered, 2nd time they answered and him up.
