21 Mar ‘24, early afternoon. Changing my star rating from two stars to one. Ordered online for pickup. Two singles, two regular chili. Paid online. Get there to pick up and girl at window tells me, “we ain’t got no chili”. So I’m a bit shocked by that and tell her I’ll take a refund. She tells me that she doesn’t know how. So I ask her what am I suppose to do? I paid $6 for two chilies and I’m not leaving without a refund or $6 worth of something and she tells me that I can have baked potatoes instead. No. Then she tells everyone around her what’s going on and no one knows how to refund online order not even the manager. Finally I tell her I’ll take two large fries. When I get home I emailed the number on receipt to make a complaint. Website said I’d get a reply within 48 hours. Well it’s been eight days and no response. Included my receipt from restaurant. Well Wendy’s you lied. You do not care about customer satisfaction.
27 Jan ‘24, 6-6:15. And so I placed an online order. When I get there I drive around to side of bldg where the service windows are, no one else was in line, and there’s a woman standing there in the shadow of the windows. I was startled when she spoke to me, she asked if she could help me. Very weird that someone was standing outside the window in the dark. I told her I had an online order and she told me to go to the window, which is exactly where I was going. My food should have been ready for pickup by then. Get to the window and there’s five people standing there and they look at me like I’m not supposed to be there. So I tell them I have an online order and give my name. All of a sudden they all start asking if I stopped at the speaker. Then I’m told I don’t have an order there then I’m told to pull into a parking spot. At the same time a woman yells out telling me next time stop at the speaker. So I pull into parking spot and lady comes out and tells me that I didn’t pay. I showed her the email showing that I paid. She kept saying that I only paid $2. So I opened my bank and showed her that I paid. In the meantime a nice young guy brought my food out and the lady standing there still said I didn’t pay. Finally she told me she’d wipe it out and gave me the food. No apology. Twilight zone at Wendy’s tonight. The food was really good. ...

I called twice to this location and I don’t know if it was because my phone was on Bluetooth or what but the phone wasn’t going through so I assumed they was having the same issues and just hung up because I wasn’t getting a ring to go through.
Someone called me back from this location and a woman asked did I just call and I said yes and before I could get any word out she hollered at me and said I called 10 times in a row just hanging up (which I didn’t) and she just hung the phone up on me, then I called back to speak to a manager because I didn’t appreciate this especially with as much money me and my mother put into this business to see if I could speak to a manager, a sweet woman answered and I told her what happened and she was like no one hung the phone up on you soon as she said that the rude woman came back claim she was the manager and said the same thing that I had called 10 times and hung up and I told her I did not..She was like well it must be your phone service then and asked was there anything she could help me with and I said your a manager and just hang up the phone on customers and before I could tell her what I needed she hung the phone up again on me! Is this the type of people y’all got being mangers!? I would expect this kind of attitude from an employee but a manager!! My mother called and the rude lady was really sweet to her but lied the entire time.
I did not call this location 10 times hanging up the phone, I have proof where I called 2 times and I did hang up because no ringing was going through so I assumed maybe they were having some power issues..But for someone to personally call me back to sit and call me a liar who claims to be a manager is uncalled for and unprofessional!
This location will not be getting anymore of my business, I don’t appreciate being lied on and being called a liar when I have the proof on my phone where I only called twice!
All my business from now on will go to the location on Pooler Parkway, they know how to act professional over there.
Y’all need to reconsider who y’all letting be managers over your locations because this type of attitude will drive all...

So to start things off we get there and only one door is open so if you parked on the right side of the building you had to walk all the way around to the left side to get in. Next we walk up to the counter and the girl taking the orders acted as if she wanted to be doing anything other than being helpful she was not listening to what we were asking for then once we finally got done ordering getting the food took a little while they called my husband's name and as he walks up to the counter to get our food he realizes that his sandwich that he ordered and his french fries basically his whole order was missing. He had to flag the girl down and once he got her attention she said we didn't have the right bun for your sandwich. Y'all they were out of pretzel buns so instead of putting his sandwich on a regular bun or you know offering him a refund or a substitution they literally just didn't make his food, and as I said no refund or substitution was offered so they were just going to keep his money for food that he wasn't getting. My husband then had to tell them well I'd still like to eat lunch so I guess just put it on a regular bun which they did however when he had originally ordered he had asked for no pickles and no crispy onions and lo and behold he bring it back to the table and it has tons of pickles and tons of the onions on it. This is literally one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a fast food restaurant. Also the kitchen staff were blatantly talking out loud very rudely about customers I just can't even believe the experience that my family had.
