Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Poplar Bluff

We waited over an hour for our online order. All we ordered was a pepperoni pizza and breadsticks. They had breadsticks stacked up, and they sold many pepperoni pizzas right in front of us. When we asked them about it they said it wasn’t our order. They clearly couldn’t care less about fulfilling our order. The people working were barley moving. Didn’t want to cut the pizzas, didn’t want to box them. Certainly didn’t want to hand them to us. Taking new orders super slowly. They quiet literally could not have cared less. Food was exactly what I asked for, service was pretty good had to wait for a hot and ready pizza but that’s not a big deal. While waiting I was there for 5 minutes probably and what I’m assuming is the manager, was cussing the entire time and probably dropped 20-30 cuss words during my visit. Im not sure that’s the best way to lead your team, nor am I sure that’s how you keep customers or employees. He was rude to employees during my entire visit.
