Very upset at this store, I came by yesterday right as the snow has started coming down to find a sign in the window saying you closed at 3 o’clock it was 10 after and the worker wouldn’t even look at me through the window finally I got their attention and asked if there was any way I could get some gift cards for Christmas, they did politely tell me they had already shut their systems down so I wasn’t able to get them but they would be open the next day. I do not live in Poplar Bluff and it takes me 30 minutes to get to town. I was needing gift cards for Christmas gifts so I made a trip back to Poplar Bluff today but before coming I called to make sure they were open and the worker that answered the phone told me that they were open and never mentioned that they would be closing early again so upon arrival there was a sign in the window again that said closing at 4 PM another worker was still inside and again would not make eye contact with me through the window I tried to wave her down to see if there’s anyway I could get some gift cards since I had called previously and no one told me they were closing early and I made a special trip and they were close but the lady kept waving her hand at me telling me shaking her head no that she wouldn’t come to the window and pointing at the sign I kept asking her to come to the window to tell her situation and she would not even acknowledge me just kept waving her hand l. That’s really what got me. Who gives you a latte without telling you just because you don’t have decaf available? My dad has to have 1/2 decaf 1/2 regular because he just had a heart attack and can’t have much caffeine. So then I drove all the way back to get it fixed and she still got my order wrong and gave me a straight decaf coffee. So they had to go back in and get me a 1/2 decaf 1/2 reg. Read moreI have never seen such a filthy Starbucks. Flies trapped in the display, dirty counters, plastic windows to barristas and filthy floors. I stood at a counter that displayed "Cafe order". Next to a counter that displayed "mobile oders". The gal asked if she could help me, I began my order. She stopped me and pointed to another counter. Granted, she was on drive through. No one else came up to me. When she finished the drive through, she took my order, went in back and retrieved another gal to make my drinks.
