This was possibly the only place we could order in person and eat at after 2100. Other places were shutting down at 2000. There are new folks in training. A friend ordered a chicken sandwich. The chicken was so well done as to be a jerky, which was difficult for him to chew in a sandwich. My request for a chili dog with no onions but with mustard and cheese somehow translated into chili fries. Oh well, the chili fries tasted good. The cheesecake ice cream was very good. The cashier informed us we could've gotten a Military discount when she saw my Military ID, but she hadn't seen it till after she had processed my debit card. I didn't ask as I didn't remember Rally's giving Military discounts. The cashier apparently runs the place and came out to check on us (4 people). I told her about the chicken and my order mixup. She offered to get me a chili dog, but I told her no thank you, and the chili fries were good. I also told her how good it was to be able to order in person at the window as other places are shutting down by 2000, using Covid as an excuse. In short, despite the mistakes made by some new employees, I really appreciate this Rally's being open for sit down, when other places are closed, and the person who was running the place for excellent customer service. I think once the newbies are up to speed, this Rally's will definitely be a great place to stop and...
Read moreLong line and takes awhile to get through but it's still a new place so naturally in PB it's quite popular right now and with the nearest Rally's/Checker's locations being in Jonesboro and Farmington until last year I'd imagine a lot of the employees are new to chain so a lot are probably still getting used to cooking menu items and Rally's way of doing service. I see a lot of people posting about the burgers but I'm going to review the unsung hero of the Rally's menu. Wings. My girlfriend and I love boneless wings and at Rally's they have some awesome boneless wings for a freaking amazing price...$9.99 for a 20 peice anywhere else a 20 peice is at least going to cost you $15. We get the medium buffalo. Nice and spicy so spicy that I shudder to think what the Angry Buffalo sauce may taste like. And of course gotta have some dairy to go with those wings always get banana shakes and that strawberry soft serve...only place I know of that has strawberry soft serve, lot of stars just for that. If there's any negative though it's that the employees tend to forget to include ranch with our wings but we have ranch at home just wish they'd remember that buffalo wings need ranch and...
Read moreI am from Farmington and I have always gone to Rallys. But I recently moved to Poplar bluff and they just opened a new rallys not too long ago and this was my first time at this one. The fries which are my favorite part. Could have been a little bit more fresh, bit to be honest no complaining I still ate them all. I ordered my normal order Everytime I go which is a spicy chicken sandwhich, a rally burger with cheese, a large fry and a coke. And it was sooooooooo, good! The burger patty was cooked good. It was fresh, the tomato was fresh, the lettuce pickles all of it. And they even did a good job with the amount of condiments on the burger. The spicy chicken sandwhich is always good. But this particular day. It was also very fresh. Cooked nice and crispy and done just right. The mayo wasnt too much or too little and they did a good amount of lettuce. And the soda was good too. Not watered down like, not too carbonated and not too much syrup. They have their soda machine on point. Absolutely no...
