Really disappointing customer service. Came in with a large group. One kid wanted a milkshake, girls serving us both looked at each-other annoyed and said sorry no milk. Ok, fine. Going through the list for my 8 year old for other options. One girl loudly exclaims if you want a milkshake you can go down the street. Yikes… that’s one way to scare away business. Then, when placing order I get cut off again with her yelling to the whole line WE ONLY TAKE CARD, then she ask “ok what did you want”. Telling her my order again she’s having conversation about their night and how they can’t wait to leave and go home. In that moment she makes my order wrong. Very rude and unwelcoming. Wont be back, we really liked this place and have gone every-time we come to visit Port A. Finally, we sit down to enjoy our ice cream…. They are screaming at everyone to go leave them a “good review everyone only leaves them bad ones”. I can now see...

Family was very excited to come and have ice cream. Place did not smell the greatest to start off. Lady working behind the counter was absolutely miserable. Never greeted us. Told us what’s on the board wasn’t right and she had whatever we saw. My daughter ordered a milkshake and she looked pissed that’s what she ordered. Other kid ordered a milkshake and the same response. My husband asked for a brownie sundae and she said she didn’t have it. It wasn’t marked off like other items, I just think she didn’t want to make it. Place is overpriced and the feel of it was flat out depressing. I’ve never seen anyone so miserable that worked at a damn ice cream shop. Won’t be back. Rather buy overpriced ice cream elsewhere. Should really hire employees that are okay working at a...

6 people in my family, all different ice-cream picks, the cream was melting out of their fridges. It was somewhat concerning, as eating it was like a milkshake in a cone. Person running it that night was rushing us, impatient, despite note closing for another 45 min. She said she was getting things ready to close, and wanted to hurry.

Also, 3% charge for DEBIT and credit. Yeah, when places do this then we NEVER go back. Raise your prices, don't tack it to the bill when paying and not notifying us at the door. Shady business practices when tacking on surcharges to final...
