If I could give this environment a zero star I would. My husband and I of course were shopping for souvenirs and just for things in general. When we decided on what we wanted there was no specific line that was at the register so my husband and I decided to walk up to the register as no one was there at checkout and asked one of the ladies about the towels immediately she gave off the impression that just by us asking her questions was interrupting her and bothering her. We did decide to get the towels however she gave us a wrong towel but with her attitude she definitely lost a customer especially since we were going to buy way more things then just the towels her attitude was very poor and I can't get over that customer experience customer experience is definitely a big thing especially for what I do for a living and when someone comes off as if you were bothering them when that is your job to explain certain things you definitely run off customers that way so I will never be shopping here again just by the...

Thieves! Buyer beware. The guy there last year was a real jerk. All I wanted a refund/exchange. I was trying to be flexible since I immediately returned to the store after my purchase. (I never left the parking lot after my purchase and went back in the store minutes before they closed) I was told to come back in the next morning, and I did. I wasn't happy with his poor attitude given but trying to be patient. He was being a snarky jerk the first syllables he spoke to me. He called police because he said I was trespassing.sfyer he threw the merchandise at me. He called me a few profanities and then followed me to my car right on my heels because i called him a theif and told him to put better signage up for their return/exchange policy. Not very pleased with the false advertisement. Outside on the sign and PAINTED on the window it says towels 4 for 20 , so I walked in and asked the guy behind the counter which towels were the 4 for 20. The man said I’ll show you, and took me to the towels that were supposedly in the deal. I go to the register and the lady rings me up and says it’ll be $40 instead of $20.
