Arby's — Restaurant in Port Arthur

I order from this Arby’s a lot, probably about 20-30 times a year. I usually DoorDash orders due to car problems, but i do also go in about 20-25% of the time. The customer service is amazing when you go in, and your order’s almost never wrong, which is ok. I expect a few mistakes as the employee’s are people. It happens and i understand that. With that being said, I always order the same thing with minor variations. Every time, my food has been perfect. However, some of these employees apparently barely graduated elementary school. I order a sweet tea every single time, with no exceptions, and when i DoorDash my order, I get an unsweet tea about 40% of the time. My 16 year old coworker can make the correct drink every time during a lunch rush at a high volume fast food joint without double checking herself. There is absolutely no excuse for a low volume store, such as this Arby’s, to make the wrong drink as much as they have. As much as i love this place, they seriously need to work on their reading comprehension skills when reading...

The food is good. But they stole 35 dollars from me. So beware of this place. If you don't mind being stolen from then go ahead but if you can't afford to be taken advantage of please don't go here. They charged me 35 dollars I got 4 beef and cheddars along with a few more items they charged each sandwich individually but were supposed to do the 2 for $6 . When I brought it up they voided the ticket gave me the deal and made me pay 26 more dollars to do a new order entirely. The problem is that I never got my 35 dollars back. They said it would go back to my card but it never did. When I tried to get it back they made excuses several times kept needing further and further proof that I wasn't lying. After so much I chalked it up to lesson learned. I'm disabled and I have a disabled son and also take care of my sick older parents so I don't have the time to keep coming back and showing a crazy amount of proof. So...

I went thru the drive thru... mid day... 330pm or so... ordered 1 roast beef slider, 1 chicken slider(chicken strip sandwich), and 1 small curly fry... no one was in line ahead, no one behind us... it took 12 minutes to get our order. I do not think this is good service. There was at least 3 people working, 2 men and a woman. The window person was pleasant, professional, and positive sounding. Food was on point, fresh, hot too. This just happened to be my first time "back to Arby's" in 25 plus years... literally. I truly think the chicken slider was good, the curly fries.. are some of the best compared to any fast food spot( hot and very good tasting). I appreciate the fresh... but 12 minutes, when it was "dead" there.. team needs to do...
