I visited this establishment on last night & my experience wasn’t pleasant. Upon being seated we waited at least 20 minutes for our waitress. Once she finally did come she didn’t introduce herself to make us aware of her name. She walked up & immediately asked what type of drinks we wanted. As we waited on drinks the croissants were brought out. They were cold & hard but I didn’t complain due to them being complimentary. We weren’t given any napkins to wipe our hands with after eating the croissants. We waited & waited for our waitress to come around so that we could request napkins for quite some time. After a while we gave up on waiting & went to the restroom to wash our hands & retrieve napkins for us. Once she finally did come back around with our drinks we asked for napkins & when she left the table we noticed that she didn’t give us straws either. So we had to wait yet again for a long time for her to come back around just to get straws to drink our drinks. Our drinks were watered down by the time we received our straws. We then ordered our meals & when they came out my New Orleans pasta was ice cold. I told our waitress about it & she took it back. Only to come back with the same food that I had originally the first time. & I know that it was the same plate due to the shrimps not having the tails on them. Due to me peeling the tails off before complaining. A fresh, REMADE plate would have been nice because the pasta on top was hot but my meats were still cold. What a bummer! On top of that we waited for one refill on our drinks forever. Our waitress passed our table multiple times & she wasn’t attentive to our empty glasses. When I complained about the pasta our glasses were empty then & she turned a blind eye to them. We literally had to stop her to ask for a refill. If we wouldn’t have stopped her we would still be sitting & waiting on drinks. Lastly, we ordered two Monster cookies. They both came out half way raw! The cookie was white & the inside of the cookie was very doughy with no crunch to it. Our whole experience was a big disappointment! We loved Cheddars years ago but the service here...
Read moreExtremely horrible customer service experience. Everything was fine during my dining experience until I ordered a monster cookie for dessert. Apparently the waiter forgot to put in the order, so I waited 20 minutes until an unrequested manager came over to inform me that the cookie was never put in the oven. He asked if I still wanted it and I said yes. He then asked if I wanted it to-go and I said no, I'm fine with waiting. So I waited another 15-20 minutes and here he comes with to-go containers even though I did not ask for it to go. He then proceeded to tell me the cookie might be a "little messed up" and that the kitchen had scraped off the ice cream in order to put the dessert in to-go containers. I just kind of looked at him. I opened the container and you can clearly see what I got in the picture I have provided. I did eat the "cold" cookie dessert at the restaurant. At that point the waiter would not approach me or provide me any service. I had not even complained about the service. I felt mistreated for no reason. I decided to talk to the manager again which I have never done before in my life. I told him that both he and the waiter were extremely unprofessional and that I should have never been served this sloppy dessert. He never offered me any kind of reimbursement or simple apology. Read moreCUSTOMER SERVICE WAS VERY POOR!! TO-GO ORDER WAITER JALEN WAS ASKED BY 2 DIFFERENT EMPLOYEES TO TAKE MY ORDER AND HE REFUSED AND NEVER TOOK MY ORDER PRETENDINGTO BE BUSY!! DOING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. I ASKED FOR A MANAGER AND THE MANAGER TOOK MY ORDER AND ASSURED ME THAT THE YOUNG MAN BEHIND THE BAR WOULD TAKE CARE OF ME AND HE APOLOGIZED. I THEN ATTEMPTED TO USE A COUPON FROM CHEDDAR'S WEBSITE BUT WAS TOLD BY THE MANAGER THAT THE COUPONS WERE PROBABLY FROM THE CORPORATE CHEDDARS AND HIS ESTABLISHMENT DOESN'T EXCEPT THOSE AND IF THEY DID THEY WOULD HAVE TO BE PRINTED OUT AND HANDED TO THEM SO THEY COULD SEND IT IN TO BE PAID THEIR DIFFERENCE BY CORPORATE. I THEN WAITED ANOTHER 12 MINUTES BEFORE I RECEIVED MY ORDER. I WAS MISSING THE HONEY MUSTARD FOR MY 2 CHICKEN TENDER PLATTERS. I ASKED FOR THEM AND HE SAID HE'D GET THEM BUT ASKED ME TO TAKE CARE OF MY CHECK FIRST!! WOW!! REALLY??? I REQUESTED HE GET MY CONDIMENTS AND THEN I'D BE GLAD TO PAY.
