UPDATE NOV 8, 2024: Decided to give this place another try now that i am back in good health. Nurse went in to get my regular chef salad. Was told that the salad would be nearly 18 dollars because i would have to pay 2.99 for a half of roll of meat and 4.99 for a whole roll- for ham and a separate fee at the same rate for turkey! I knew that was false information so I called in and requested a manager. I spoke to Mr. Jeremiah and informed him of what had just happened. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, prompt, and accurate with my order. Ms. Kylie worked the window and was awesome at ensuring the order was correct, and I was able to receive my salad just as I had requested it, for the price I usually pay for it, $12.70. Thank you, MR. JEREMIAH! THANK YOU, MS. KYLIE! GREAT JOB! AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I WILL DEFINITELY RESUME MY WEEKLY VISIT! I gave 4 stars for service because the young lady who misinformed the nurse lost her sale to another restaurant. But for me- i gave 5 STARS for everything else (and i rarely give those at all) because my salad was fresh and looked like a work of art!! Perfect in EVERY way!! Had a grueling day and, to save time, called in my usual chef salad. The young man was nice enough and ASSURED me that this would be the day my order was done RIGHT and that they would NOT forget to add crackers to my bag. Yaayyyyy, right? Nope! So, here I was thinking that I would be able to have a nice lunch(after not eating all day due to the rush). Lunch time came, and I was sooo upset. Read moreThe food was good, but the service is lacking. We ordered in drive through a turkey sandwich and two meatball penna pastas. The lady taking our order was speaking low, but we where able to understand her. She asked serval times about taking the lettuce and tomatoes off the sandwich, and my husband repeated several time “just lettuce”. She finally got it right, but when we got to the window we learned that the order was wrong. At this time is when she blamed us for the order being wrong. She told us she asked if we wanted the meatball sandwich or the penna pasta. The problem is we didn’t answer her because we didn’t hear her ask, so why did she not ask us again instead of giving us whatever she felt like. So there’s only two options, she didn’t care what we wanted or she lied about asking. If it was our fault then I would leave it as it’s our fault but we where not at fault. The great: strawberry shortcake… Guessing this might be seasonal but the best strawberry shortcake I’ve ever had. I would most definitely go back for that one item.
The not bad but not great: The salmon sandwich was not the best, and the Italian sandwich had more ham than any of the Italian meats so we didn’t love that as much either. Both were perfectly edible and pricing is reasonable.
The worst: The line to order is long, the help(on the day taking orders) was not very helpful or friendly, not great front of house service. Further, you then wait in a different area to receive your food which although those people were nice they were not at all helpful.
