Ohh Brother!! Carnitas El Brother... Was just there for dinner, What a disappointment! Only 2 other parties sitting inside and still waited over 45 mins for our order. Nobody came by to check on us or offer another beer... Then our plates come out not all at once but 5 min in between? And one of our taco plates never made it to our table... Apparently it was forgotten about in the kitchen.. Poor Service and the food was mediocre at best, Carnitas with tons of fat, California Burrito was cold and 60% cheese.. Took our kid's leftover burger home only to find a piece of plastic between the patty and bun... Overpriced and underserved, Thanks for reminding us what a bad dinner experience is..

Update, The owner has reached out to apologies for the poor service, They mentioned they are in the middle of retraining staff and short handed... Best of Luck El Brother..

2nd Update, El Brother Hit's a Home Run on the second go around!! We returned and tried the Hot Porky Taco and it was what everybody is raving about! Great tasting well prepared Carnitas taco the size of a burrito!!.. A must for everybody that has not had one!! No words to describe Carnitas!! Cooked to perfection, perfect tender cuts of pork with warm steamy fresh made tortillas, Outstanding salsa, Pico de gallo, beans and rice, Dinner was delicious! Like a bag of chips you just can't stop...

It’s really hard to rate the experience I had . This was my first time going there. I do have to say, my sope and empanada were really good and taste so fresh. My first impression was that it was super clean and I had a good server. She made recomendations and was very helpful. When she walked away I even told my husband….wow that was good service.

1)Then she came to give me her name on a post it and asked me to write a review ….. 2) then she came back and said she would get $15 gift card for every 5 stars. 3)Then she came back again to say she had been there 4 months and the owners made her a Manager right away because the owner saw that she gives good service and was told to train the other girls. I kinda felt like I wasn’t gonna be able to have a coversation or enjoy my meal without being bothered. 4) one more time as she was picking up our table. She said…No se les olvide ponerme 5 estrellas…bueno si les gusto el servicio. I did hear the phone ring and ring. Im thinking the other girl was in the restroom or something, but this manager started yelling at her for not answering. Loud enough for customers to hear.

I normally dont leave reviews. After being told to leave one about 5 times during our dinner. Here it is….usted me dio muchas sujerencias….ahora yo le doy una…. Doña Coco….respete para que...

Came here because of the star rating on Google and disappointed to say that it is completely unwarranted. Mediocre service at best when the restaurant was pretty much empty. The Horchata was so watery, which was a little off putting, but it was still palatable enough to drink. The chips were overcooked, no biggie since they were free. Then our meals came out and it was just downhill from there.

I ordered the asada fries. The fries were all undercooked and soggy but a decent portion of the little bit of cheese they sprinkled on it was burnt. The guacamole that comes with it was actually just chopped avocados and tomatoes, no real flavor to it. Not worth the effort to eat soggy cold fries.

My husband ordered a California burrito and it was cold in the center. When our server finally came to check on us we told her how bad everything was and her solution was to offer to reheat the burrito.

Overall do not waste your time or money here. Between the terrible food and the lack of customer service, you’re better off literally just about...
