The Habit Burger Grill — Restaurant in Port Hueneme

I really enjoy there burgers. They come with grilled onions which is a nice change along with lettuce, tomatoes, mayo and pickles. Also they have a pepper bar as well self service. They have jalapeno peppers, Pepperconis, chilli peppers. They also have steak sauce and hot sauce and ketchup all of which you can take what you need in a small little cup to your table You pay up at the register and then give you a buzzer device which is convenient. They have coke fountain and also 3 different types of ice tea to choose from, and strawberry lemonade and aci' berry citrus mint drink something along those lines. All of the beverages you can get as much as you want for the price. They also have chicken sandwiches and salads,and a veggie burger. The chicken sandwiches are different varieties as well. I’ve never had an issue with the habit until now. I tried their curbside pick up option because I didn’t want to go into a restaurant that was super packed with people. Not safe right now. Well I got the text that said, “your food is ready, we will be out in a few moments”. I waited for 30 mins and no one ever came out. I had to go inside and ask why no one brought my food out. The tall Hispanic man, whom I believe was in charge, told me that I never sent them some code that was emailed to me. How was I supposed to know about a code when the text I received said that they will be right out. The system is contradicting itself. Anyways the guy I spoke with made me feel like I was in the wrong and never apologized for their faulty system. And to top it off, he took off his mask while talking to me....

Hate complaining but this time I have to. A few months ago I was missing one side of onion rings but I decided to let it go after I contacted the store and was asked to go back and I was not in the mood of driving so no big deal. This time I was missing a chicken sandwich. I live 10 to 15 minutes away from the store. After I called the only option I as given was to go back with my receipt. I arrive at 6:33pm and sandwich was not ready. By the time I got home it was 5 minutes to 7:00pm and the rest of the food I had order was already nasty cold. Not only that but when I arrived to the store they were sarcastic and had a really bad attitude like if they were giving me something for free and I had not waisted my time, gas and money. Worst...
