Subway….you have lost me as a customer. I will never buy another subway sandwich for the rest of my life. The portion size that was presented to me today on a 6 inch sub was the most embarrassingly cheap and stingy amount that I’ve ever seen at ANY fast food establishment. I asked the man who was preparing my sub, “could you put some more meat on this sub…that’s not enough to even feed a mouse”. So the guy puts more on, which should have equated to the normal amount that is regularly on a sub…definitely not overflowing or even close to that, and guess what happens? I get charged for “double meat”! Seriously…it was a regular amount of meat. It’s just that your company or the man making my sub decided that I should get a peasant’s ration of meat on my sub. So I didn’t protest….i paid the $15.77 for a 6-inch sub with a regular amount of meat, a bag of chips and a Pepsi. I’ve been eating at subway for probably 25 years and this is the last straw. I’ve heard other people complain about the same thing happening to them, but now I saw it for myself. Congrats on losing a fairly regular customer because your company decided to skimp on portion amounts. Read moreWorst customer service ever. Walked over there tonight while my husband was in the whataburger drive thru. It was 8:30 pm and they wouldn't allow me to come inside to order and told me to go to the drive thru. . No one acknowledged me at the drive through bc I'm not the weight of a car to trigger it. So then I went to the door again asking for someone to respond on the drive thru. Once the girl finally talks to me through the drive thru, she then tries to tell me they are closed at 8:40, but then sighs and asks what I want. 3 employees are working inside with no other customers, mind you.
I receive my order, it was wrong.
Closing time is at 9pm, 3 employees, one sandwich, one girl forced to stand in a drive thru in the cold to be ignored and mistreated.
