This place sucks - it should be shut down. Placed order on website, was very easy to do and a reasonable price. Arrived at store - was the only patron and stood at the register for about 5 minutes being ignored while the female staff member discussed timecard issues with another team member who appeared to be form another store. Get home - order is incorrect. I called the store - no one picked up. I drove all the way there with phone ringing, a total of 17+ minute with no answer. Walk in - no one is even on the phone. Granted they are all busy, but nearly 20 minutes without answering a phone? I expressed my concern, the female staff member advised they are just really busy, She finished making the pizza she was working on, then proceeded to make another pizza before even coming over to discuss my issue. She couldn't have cared less about me. No apology, nothing. I finally told them I could see I was not a priority to them, left the pizza and walked out.
This location has less than a "3" rating. This should be concerning for a location that is so new. Would not recommend. I am waiting a call back from the regional manager.
Update: Three weeks later, still no response from this store or Domino's Corporate. Corporate tried to shut me up by offering a $40 credit. All I want to do is talk to a regional manager. Corporate says they don't get involved with store issues.
This location is not even worth of being a Little Caesars, forget Dominos. Very disappointed.

Up until tonight itâs all been quality issues.Tonight it was most definitely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. We called our order in because the app wasnât working properlyâŚafter telling them the order they asked cash or card we said card they told us the amount and ran it no big deal. Then when pizza was delivered the driver said we owed an additional $4.50 I said no I told them card I do not have cash he proceeds to tell me that isnât his problem and refused to leaveâŚso I went back into the house and managed to scrounge 4 dollars told him thatâs all I had sorry he should take it up with the store they were supposed to charge the card refuses to leave again tells me Iâm taking money from his kids because now he has to pay the difference so I go back in the house rob my kids piggy bank for 50 cents go back out and he says oh donât worry about itâŚI tell him you already made me worry about it put the money in his hand and told him to tell the manager to expect a call. Multiple times I have gotten my delivery order well over an hour past expected time.
My biggest complaint is that I order toppings that go on after the pie comes out of the oven, and have only gotten them once. I get charged $2-4 for these toppings every time. So if you do the math, I have been robbed of $30+ dollars from this place over time.
I made my last order tonight. I will not be doing it again.
I hate to complain like this over pizza, but I have notified the place every single time this has happened and was absolute âassuredâ it wonât happen again. (I have waited in hold over 45 minutes to let them know my frustrations many times, but have not been rude).
