Worst Customer service ever! I clicked the wrong sauce when ordering a pizza online. I called them up within 1 minute of ordering and Kimberly mocked me for it, then told me it would be fixed while calling me "Honey." 5 minutes later I got a call back from Kimberly, saying that they had already completed the order and couldn't change it. I said, "I called within a few minutes (not realizing that it was actually only one minute) after ordering, I just want the pizza I meant to order, like you originally said you could fix." Kimberly responded, "So you want us to eat the cost of the pizza?" I just repeated myself, saying I called because I wanted to get it fixed before the pizza was made and was told it would be fixed. Kimberly then told me that I needed to pay for an additional pizza to get what I wanted. I started to question their "policy" and then just asked to have the whole order canceled. I was then hung up on, with no confirmation of order cancelation. When I showed up to verify at the store, she just quickly and rudely handed me receipts, barely even making eye contact and not even treating me like a human being.
Well, Kimberly, honey, I guess your store DID eat the cost of not only that pizza, but everything else too! You've also lost the return business, which is a shame since we came to you every Friday for pizza night.

Read moreUpdated 12/19/17 The web site sometimes has issues when you try to stack coupons so I made two different orders to make sure that there weren’t any issues and a few minutes after I placed the order one of the workers called to make sure that I had meant to do that and when I got there the drivers were not parked in front of the store like every other time I’ve been there.
Updated again: So They clearly do NOT care about customer satisfaction because this is the third time I have come to this location and the drivers are still parking right outside the front door and there was even more available parking then usual.
Updated: the second time I went they had even more delivery cars right outside their door so I dropped it from a 4 Star to 3 Star.
They have only been here for a month so everything is brand new in it. It’s a small parking with a lot of other stores so parking can be hard to find, with that the reason I’m giving them 4 Stars because when I came to pick up my pizza a delivery worker parked right in front of the door instead of parking on the side of the building where I had to park because of the worker. And when asked about it why would the delivery guy get pist at an a Employee about it when he didn't know the new little shakers that they selling for a 1.25 a piece and offer me help out then just stand there. Then after I drop part of my order want to come and help out at that point. Gold star to the 2 employees that had smiles and were amazing and helpful. Big F delivery guy or manager who ever he was I didn't catch his name but the way he just jumped down the employees throat then glared at me for even asking about the peppers or parmesson. Easily could have said nicely we can't give those but we can sell them at this price. But the way a manager or delivery guy just handled this situation was not a good environment won't be surprised if they have a high turn around rate due to this managers/delivery guys demeanor. And I'm not one to like to bash company's but when you treat your penployees poorly and talk to customers and employees like we all should know about no more packets at this domino's. So hope they figure something out as at this point my family will not return to...
