We got to the bar apparently right before shift change. We asked the Bartender (who never introduced herself) if we would sit outside since she TOLD us we started a tab without asking for a credit card. We only had one drink. So my the time we we're ready to leave the next shift was behind the bar. We asked for the check and the Bartender (again, did not introduce herself) no name, told us she didn't have a tab for us. So its free? So I told her what we ordered and I gave her my credit card. At that point she told me there is a $10.00 Minimum for cards. Our bill was only $6.00. No ATM at the bar. I don't carry cash. I've never been to this bar so I was not informed there was a minimum. Would have been nice to be aware of this. So we ordered a drink to cover the $10.00. It's not so much the minimum for credit card point is the 1st bartender never started tab never introduced herself and the second bartender did exactly the same. I could have easily walked out without paying. They were more worried about their regular customers than new ones, being possibly regular customers. Will not...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI've been doing boat work nearby. I'm more of a salty pirate than anyone else in the establishment. I came in on my night off to play with my deck bag (waterproof backpack), my intention was to play 2-3 games of pool. I got a water, played a quality game and was waiting my turn for the table. The bartender came to me and told me I HAD TO HAVE A DRINK. "I don't want to drink tonight, can I get a redbull?" Right after that another staff came over and barked the same insistence on me getting a drink. I told him I already had a water. He told me to GET OUT in a very abrasive way. I've rightfully been kicked out of bars, sometimes multiple establishments in the same night(let's be honest, I was to drunk to be served on occasion) but I have never been treated so rudely for being sober. I tipped well the only other time I'd been...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe bartender was very rude but in her own way. She shamed my husband in front of everyone for dipping to the point that he was embarrassed and went to the bathroom to spit it out. Then to make it even more fun every time she spoke to us she wouldn't even look at me!! Even when she brought my drink over she sat it in front of my husband and did not even acknowledge me. My husband being in the industry would never treat someone this way. We are so appalled that we will never be back again, and this is a bar that we used to hang out at years ago. We only stopped going because we moved out of the area and gave another chance when we move back...
