I will say the turn around time on my boat was fantastic, but the attention to detail after the install you guys missed the mark. Inside my console there is fiberglass/dust from cutting holes everywhere inside the console. The wiring was left hanging from the speaker straight to the head unit without securing it to the accessory bundle left tucked behind the batteries. Speakers were mounted without reinforced washers behind fiber glass so eventually they will rattle out. I was also told no need to worry, your boat will be towed behind the fence and we have cameras so I left my batteries and trolling motor on the boat. Luckily, everything is still in tact. You shouldn't give a customer peace of mind and then not follow through. Also, unsure about what happened to my coupling on my trailer. It used to slide on like butter to my 2" ball now I have to jump up and down on the truck. I was told the tractor ball is an 1" ⅞. To cut 2 holes and mount a head unit under the console for 300$ missed the mark for me. At least shop vac it and tidy the wires.

Initially to be honest when I did go there for a 2 den radio installation the whole thing slipped back because they created a housing for the radio because the car didn't come with original brackets....that lasted for a couple months and the hotter it got outside i noticed the 2 den radio sliding backwards..then the other day i got in the car it was all the way in the dash....it appears that they used glue or silicone to keep it in place....initially i was upset because i paid for the install and i didn't really expected to have 2 go back....overall they replaced the glue/silicone with metal which i thought they did the 1st time...But the staff was nice and it was free of charge....this is not to hurt the business...this review helps the business do better...
