Stay away from the little caesars on Port St Lucie Blvd in Rivergate Plaze. On Sunday I preordered 11 pizzas for my sons birthday but thay morning atleast half of the people coming due to being sick. I called them at 11am when they opened to change my order as I no longer needed that many pies. The person on the phone i would have to cancel my original order and replace a new order. I immediately asked about my charge and they is would take 1 to 2 business days but the cprporate office would be able to help me. It being a Sunday I figured Wednesday I would see it. I also got a conformation email at 11:11am saying it would be refunded. Fast forward to Tuesday I had a pending refund on my bank account and exepected it to clear by this morning. When i got up to check this morning not only did the original payment fully process but the pending refund had disappeared. I called the corporate office and after speaking with someone she told me they were unable to process my refund and to call the store, and they were unaware of the ordered needing to be refunded has no one had informed them and kept coming up with a different excuse as to why i was even charged the original order.Long story short if I hadnt called and asked to speak with a supervisor they would have giving me the run around about getting my money back. I told them it was unethical to charge someone for something they didnt receive, especially after getting a conformation email stating my order was cancelled. Read morePlease beware of this location. it is franchised owned and has poor customer service. after trying to sell my order to a new customer and trying to have me wait longer, i got extremely upset and requested to speak to the manager. after she was no help, when i requested cooperates information, she advised me that they are a franchise and she WILL NOT give me the contact number to file a formal complaint. She then told me to go to the general website which does not give you the option to file a formal complaint which will give me a response.
due to the lack of customer service and refusal of my right as a consumer, i be came very adamant. the manager then calls the police because obviously its time to pass the blame and not be accountable for common sense. needless to say the office arrives and advised her that they do have to have a way for customers to file a complaint and get a response in which she then referred back to the website. the office then advised her that i must be able to get something physical and long and behold, i was given the website to a dead end. i will continue to locate the main franchise owners business communication and will report them to better business bureau if no information is found within 7...

If you see the other reviews this place’s service is so bad now and I question their cleanliness. They don’t pick up the phone so you have to order and wait. They get the order wrong and you don’t have time to have them fix it. Because I had to sit and wait I saw them working at what I would say was a turtle pace. No sense of urgency what so ever! The girl I spoke to about the order being wrong had a Booger hanging out of her nose…I kid you not. She also handled money and went on to touch food without washing her hands. One of the gentleman behind the counter was facing away from us and his pants were a little more than half way down his backside which was bad. But then he finally pulled them up and started making more food, without washing his hands, that was worse. I don’t even feel comfortable going here anymore, and for the time I had to wait it isn’t worth saving the extra money. They are in desperate need of help!
