Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Port Saint Lucie

My first time at the new Popeyes I waited about 45 mins from the time I stepped foot in line till finally getting my food. The cashier was super slow and did not seem to listen to my order at all, the employees looked like they have been working there their whole lives, absolutely miserable, they someone take out food because they did not wait to see the customer and THE RECIEPT so I waited 20 mins on 7 tenders, 3 sides and 2 biscuits.... I was given no silverware or napkins because the cashier did not stock the counter, when I asked for TWO forks I was given ONE and then I went to ask for my other fork an the employee had the nerve to put her finger up like she was busy, I then ask the assistant manager for another fork AND napkins, I get a fork and no napkins...... the food was COLD, and we got bottom of the barrel, the tenders looked like bones and the food was cold and bland.... as I’m sitting there the ASSISTANT MANAGER goes OUTSIDE with the TONGS she’s been using to grab CHICKEN!!!!! I would rather DRIVE 30 minutes to the Popeyes in FT PIERCE than to ever go back here... before I left I spoke the manager about the employee who went outside and instead of asking who was it or really concerned he just brushed it off, then I told him about his RUDE employees an how unhappy an miserable they acted and treated guests an he says “last week y’all ate all our food and tired us out”. THAT IS NO EXCUSE FOR POOR ATTITUDE AND NASTY HEALTH HABITS!!! Someone will be getting in contact with you very shortly. There is no excuse for crappy service, if I didn’t mind waiting almost an hour for my food I would have went to chillies and at least it would’ve been worth it.... GREAT location, could have been great food and great experience but y’all suck.... NEVER...

I took my 11 yr old son with me to pick up dinner for our family of 4 tonight after a hard day of work. We love Popeyes... Stuart, St. Lucie, Vero. Tonight in PSL I was acutely SCARED! It was so packed... we ordered fast no wait. But the crowd that was waiting for their food was like an angry mob. I made my son stand with two big men who were near to me while I was ordering and they were like "yes Ma'am. People were cussing and yellin at the employees. I felt so bad for them as a manager at my own job. After ordering we moved away from the counter to wait for our order to be called and sat at a table. When they called our order I made my son stay alone at the table (which I never would normally do). I did a quick check in the bag and was like close enough I just need one side. People were yellin about KFC and I felt like a riot was gonna start.They got me the side right away and I grab my son and told him to go... fast. WALK AWAY! I've never been so scared for him in my life. I wanted to leave so fast. I didn't even care if the order was right. There needs to be more management and/or employees at this location (PSL Blvd). I strongly discourage anyone from going here. The service here is the worst I have ever experienced. It took 15 minutes before someone acknowledged the people in front of me and ask for their order, and other 5 minutes to take my order. When ordering I asked for the first thing I wanted, a pie boy with no pickles, she couldnt figure out how to type it in, said "oh well" and told me the total. When I told her that I wanted to order more, she scuffed and gave me attitude that it was such an inconvenience. Then the cashier asked why I didnt remind her to tell the cook not to add pickles.....

While waiting, an elderly man asked for silverware, only to be ignored not once but 3 times! Finally a worked told him they didnt have any.... over her shoulder. Couldnt even look at him! And then another worker handed him a set of silverware. Finally after waiting anoth 15 minutes for someone to literally just put the food in a box (it was all already on the racks!) and they served 3 people who ordered after me.
