Today had to be my worst experience here. I've had one other time but this by far was the worst. I arrived for my to go order on time. After waiting almost 10 minutes they call my name. I stand there even longer. Waiting, trying multiple times to ask someone a question (There's an employee in the back hiding, two-three standing at the front counter not doing much at all / Window girls are busy working, getting the drive thru down- they were nice.) The girl who I was able to stop and ask about my order was very rude!!! I confirmed that they call your name when the order is ready. She said Yes, well I noticed my name was called but my 2nd coffee cup was empty....She told me they didn't have it. I literally just ordered it. She was already telling me she needs to do a refund before even asking if I'd like something else. I said money doesn't matter at this point I'd just like a cup off coffee etc. I asked if they would please remake the Frappuccino , she replies with attitude I JUST MADE THAT! I replied well I'm sorry but I've definitely been standing here over 10 minutes, I cannot serve that to someone. Few minutes later they call my name for my new coffee which tasted like absolute garbage. I asked again if they would please remake the Frappuccino, oh you want that remade the girl said. I reply yes please! As I'm sitting waiting for my coffee another lady gets hers, asked multiple times if her coffee was made correctly, if the color was right, that it tasted off. They blew her off too. I watched her stare at her coffee and then eventually walk out along with another unhappy customer due to how her and I were both treated. You either need to hire better employees or have a talk on better customer service because the service that was provided...
Read moreMy recent experience with Kristian, a Starbucks employee at 179 SW Port St. Lucie Blvd, Port St. Lucie, FL, on February 15, between 11:08 and 11:20 AM. I placed an online order that was marked as ready at 11:08. Upon my arrival at 11:09, I found only half of my order on the counter. While this is not a significant issue, it is the second time in a week that I have encountered cold egg bites by the time I receive my cold drink. This is precisely why I opted for the app to place my order in advance. When I inquired about the status of my drink, Kristian informed me that there was a line of customers ahead of me. I understand the situation, but I had placed my order online approximately ten minutes prior to their arrival. I requested fresh egg bites to accompany my drink when it was ready. Instead, Kristian instructed the staff member at the ovens to reheat the old egg bites. He handed me the reheated bites with a smile, but upon inspection, I discovered they were completely burnt. When I asked the staff member if she had been told to reheat or prepare new ones, she confirmed that Kristian had instructed her to reheat them. When I brought this to Kristian's attention and asked why they were burnt, he replied, "I didn’t make them," despite having given the instruction to reheat. When I questioned his reasoning, he responded with a condescending tone, saying, "I thought you wanted them with your drink." Regrettably, this is not the first time I have experienced issues with the timing of my food and drink orders. However, the treatment I received from this employee has led me to decide against returning to this location...
Read moreI come here occasionally and about half the time, they do not shake the refreshers cold before they serve it to you (which they are supposed to do). Therefore, they try to hand me a warm refresher with some ice that they throw in there last. I also LOVE (lol) placing an online order & still waiting 20 mins for my drink while I see the customers who come in person ordering after me get their foods AND drinks before me..like about three customers. :))
Also, not to mention..during my previous encounter, this one female worker who worked there charged me for the wrong order (abut $10 more) at the drive thru and she didn't noticed until I saw the notification on my phone about a charge from my Apple Wallet and I brought it up. (She didn't say the price nor flashed the screen to me with the price...I just pointed my phone to their machine. I usually trust them with charging me the right price because it's just one drink.) It's fine because mistakes happen...BUT she then refunded me less than what I was supposed to get back and I had to convince her with my calculator because she couldn't believe my math. Came home to drink it and something gone bad in the mango dragonfruit refresher with lemonade...it was TOO sour and this is my go-to drink almost on a daily basis...I am used to this drink at this point because I'm a frequent Starbucks customer but the drink that day was absolutely HORRIBLE.
