Honestly, I don't know how this Starbucks location gets decent reviews! It was great 5+ years ago, but since, I've been running into the same nonsensical problems. And I go to this location sparingly because of it. Always giving the benefit of the doubt for change, but nope! Let's start that I can ONLY review the afternoon crew since that's when the problems ALWAYS are. 20 min AVERAGE wait time when not too busy with plenty of employees goofing off. My main issue is that retraining needs to occur from the top down. For at LEAST a couple of years now, whenever I order a DECAF drink, ESPECIALLY a Frappuccino, that does NOT mean NO espresso/coffee shot. DECAF doesn't mean that! Over and over and over again they will give me creme based. And then when i opt for DECAF and not a caffeinated drink, they charge me for a DECAF shot. If medically I'm not allowed to have caffeinated coffee, but still like the taste of coffee, i should not have to pay extra to switch it out especially to DECAF! Now if this is a corporate thing that they are trying to do than I won't bring my business. In the past, i would order half-caff, and instead get half and half (creme). I really don't order crazy drinks for it to be that difficult, usually just getting what's on the menu. Overall, most drinks I've gotten from there in the past couple of years are sub-par compared to other Starbucks locations in the area. Most times watered down and/or no real flavor. Recently had mobile order with two drinks and two food items and they were staggered and not put all together and I had no help searching through the mass of mobile orders (a customer may have moved the items to look for theirs too). Im never greeted, and when I have if usually at register with some teen or young adult where their demeanor just stinks of friendly customer service. Last week there was a female employee what I'm guessing was inventory through a tablet while at register. All I was going to ask is for water for my daughter (after I ordered my drink) and she put her finger up and out saying "you are going to have to hold on a min" and I was already waiting patiently and didn't say...
Read moreI’ve been coming to this starbucks nearly every single day (at least 5 times a week) for two years. The staff has been friendly and accommodating up until about 4-6 months ago. Now, you will be ignored and recieve the worst customer service in the area. Today I placed a mobile order for in-store pickup at 8:56, arrived at 9:00. I knew I would need to wait at least 10 minutes to recieve my order since I arrived only a few minutes after placing it. They put my food on the counter and by time I got my drink (after trying to flag down a barista for several minutes and being ignored) my food was inedible and I threw it away. My drink had been sitting at the drive thru the entire time I was waiting and was watered down. This isn’t an uncommon occurrence, it happens almost every time I order here. I’m not sure if it’s new management or untrained baristas but it’s extremely disappointing especially as a longtime former starbucks partner. For all the benefits starbucks employees recieve, you’d think they would value their jobs just a little bit.
I don’t want a refund, I don't want a copied and pasted response asking for more details or “how we can do better”
Please properly train your baristas. You have an opportunity to be a very successful location being right off 95 in St Lucie West but you offer terrible customer service. Teach them to be friendly and to not ignore...
Read moreThis is the only starbucks in psl other than the tradition location inside target. I've been here about 10 times and have only received a good coffee one time. I always order the same thing. Grande cold brew with cream and caramel drizzle. And I specifically tell them DO NOT put caramel flavoring in it. The last time I went there I went through the drive thru and placed my order. The person who made my coffee put the nasty Windex tasting pump flavoring in my coffee anyways. I went back inside and asked the girl at the counter (who I'm pretty sure was the manager) to remake my drink because I didn't like the caramel flavoring and it was supposed to get the caramel drizzle ( actual caramel). She handed me back my drink and I went to my car only to find out they simply put the drizzle in the existing coffee I handed them back. Not only could I still taste the disgusting chemical flavor in it, it also still had the same sticker with my original order on the side of the cup. Which confirms that they disnt remake my drink. This is the worst starbucks location I've ever been to. The small little location inside target in tradition is 100x better. Yea I get that starbucks is mainly for high school kids working their first job but GOD DAMN, do your fricken job. Its not hard to read a damn order and make it right the first time. Let alone screw it up the a second time in 5...
