Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Port Wentworth

The food is good. Hello welcome to zaxby's order when ready with one female, then you say I am ready. You have another person male voice, then when you complete your order a different person from the first two. When I order for example five finger plate wimpy no coslaw extra fries no drink with Zac's sause no ranch. The fisrt person will reply with five finger plate what sause? The other person will say did you want extra fries instead of coslaw? The last person will say what to drink? I say I wish they would mess up my order. Out of three people did they pay any attention to what I ordered? Are they paying attention what goes in the order when the money and food exchange made? You check your order and it's wrong. Now you got to park because you don't want to hold up the line mad as f+&_$. Go in and tell them the correct order, they look at you like what do you want me to do. They take the box that you don't see and your order is fixed. I say where did they go with the meal I get this look🙄? So instead of talking to a manager that should of said something just put it on a review so everyone can see and may have the same complaint by saying agree without doing all the writing I did. This place is a hit or miss and that is based on the time you go. If you go during lunch hours you may be safe to have a okay meal . However, if you go after 6 it seems alot of young people are working and they don't have a clue what is happening. You are 100% to get wrong and/or cold food. I ordered my food and when I got to the window the young man tried to give me someone else food then when corrected by the young manger he gave me half my food and told me to have a nice day. I had to inform him I was still missing food which he then confronted other team members on the issue. The young manger then stepped in again to confirm I received all my food. At this point I'm $55 in to cold food that seems to have been sitting all day. So, it was no need to drive back up there upset because it was clear I wasn't going to get anywhere with the young team on duty. The manger had red hair and red lashes and did tell her team to get it together so I feel she knew what was happening so I'm going to believe she was doing the best she could with what team she had. However, I would hope the owner sends her some workers that want to work soon because I will not waste another dime with...

This was disappointing and I like to go to Zaxby's.

My first time visiting this location and I placed my order with ease.

We go to fill our drinks and find a table - where we wait for our name to be called for the order for several minutes. I finally go to the counter to ask about our food only to see it sitting there getting cold.

Next, I noticed that the fried pickles were missing and they had to get them for me, which took a while.

As I am heading to the table I am wondering why no one double checked the order. Then I set down the tray and I learned that my girlfriend's plate is missing cole slaw and I go back to get it. No rush or sense of urgency from the employees to take care of my order. In fact, the young woman I told I needed assistance took several minutes to finally say something through the window.

Finally, the food was cold and okay at best!

I don't recommend this location and I highly doubt that we will return here.
