Culver’s — Restaurant in Portage

Great customer service, firstly the employees over there weekly are the middle-age to about retirement age employees that are extremely nice, right when we walked into the restaurant/fast food there's two employees already in the counter for one or three customer, perfect, and then taking the order, one employee knew what I wanted which that's very smart (kinda) she forget things too. Also some times they forgot to ask for more crackers and honey mustard so I had to do the honors and get that for my uncle and aunt because they said "excuse me" but I have to take care of these two more than myself, the food is very good, their burgers (butterburgers) are more delicious than Burger King's burgers, their curly fries, onion rings and cheese curds were very delicious and their unsweetened tea is good, their one scoop ice-cream was delightful. Wow I couldn't even say words to Culver's, even know the price is about less than $30 for three people, for one it could be like $10 to $15 depending on if you get the cheese curds, onion rings or both. I'm so glad to have a Culver's location here in Portage, and the one on South Westnedge is a standout. My visit today was fantastic, starting the moment I pulled into the drive-thru line. The team member on the speaker was incredibly friendly and took my rather large order with a genuine upbeat tone, which made the experience feel smooth and personal. I was getting two Double Deluxe meals and a Family-Size Fries to treat my four-legged family members. The food came out piping hot and fresh, and while my dogs can't tell me in words, their excitement and quick work of the meals spoke volumes. It was a perfect, special treat for them! I appreciated the speed and accuracy of the service, even during a busy time. It's clear the staff is focused on delivering a great customer experience from the window, no matter who the meal is for. I went to the Culver’s on Westnedge I was very calm the kid who took my order I had to keep retelling my order because he could not figure it out whatever. I get my food and I got a bacon deluxe my burger had the bun, onions, lettuce, pickle, bacon and cheese NO MEAT. So I go up to the counter with my receipt and I’m standing there someone comes up to me and say can I help you and I said yes I got a burger with no burger and they tell someone else and another person tells the kitchen and he says can I get a plain burger patty and they say why and he tells the kitchen supposably her burger didn’t have a patty It’s fine that it got messed up why I got irritated is because they were rude and they didn’t even offer to remake the burger and they were loud talking bad about me as I’m right there as I can clearly hear them.
