Have you ever had that feeling when you walk into a retail store/or eatery and the staff is simply annoyed with the presence of any customer? This place was epitome of that feeling. As far as I could tell, there where three people working there. Two behind the counter, one in the back. We didn't get greeted when we walked in. One of the workers didn't even bother to look up from her phone. We ordered ice cream for our daughter. When I looked down into the freezer, almost every single cylinder of ice cream was cross contaminated with other flavors by a large margin. After we received our order, the "dressing" area where the napkins and utensils were stored was devoid of the pink BR spoons. When I pointed this out from the second worker who was already staring at her phone, she didn't say a word. I only got confirmation that she understood the words coming out of my mouth when she walked over to the plastic lined box and retrieved a handful of spoons. She used the same exact hands that she was using to manipulate her phone without any effort to sanitize them. She reached into the box like it was a bag of chips, grabbed a handful of spoons in every orientation. She then walked over to the spoon container and dropped them in there without saying a word. She then smiled, after looking back down at her phone. I think the other person behind the counter may have been one of those car pool lane mannequins because I never actually saw her look up from her phone. As my daughter was in blissful glee, completely oblivious to anything other than the ice cream on her spoon, I looked around the place. Pretty much every surface I saw could have used a cleaning. As I left with my family, it was no wonder to me that there weren't any other customers the entire time we were there (in the middle of the day). I am sure its reputation for what would be regulars is well established as I have (too) resolved never to set foot on this property again. This place needs either some serious personnel changes, or closed down. If I could post with zero stars, I would.... although they do deserve some credit....the ice cream was...
Read moreZERO stars. It's been a couple of months since my experience, but felt compelled to write this. I was in the drive through placing my order of three drinks and three sandwiches. The window clerk handed me one drink and asked me to pull forward. I asked if this was going to take long and she replied "No, not at all". I obliged and pulled forward. After waiting several minutes and watching multiple vehicles behind me leave, I became worried. An employee approached my vehicle with one drink in her hand and said here ya go, have a nice day. I replied, where is the other drink and the food.(Blank stare). She said she would check and I replied, don't bother I will just go in to get a refund. When arriving inside she went to get the manager. In the meantime, the cashier was giving me the evil eye so I stated, it won't take long at all, or ever! She raised her voice to me stating it wasn't long. Then, a young man from the cooking area appeared and stated that he had completed that order and another employee stated "we gave it to the wrong car" while the cashier was still babbling at me. The manager politely stepped in and told the cashier no need to be rude to someone who is being rude and people are human and make mistakes, I stated I should be more rude, adding that she was refunding my money and would like me to never return, So, I have obliged her and no longer go to that location. I'm in retail and understand customer service. When a mistake occurs, make good on the situation and don't enable the employees to be rude to the customer. Horrible management. Read moreIf I could give this place a zero across the board I would. Let's start up when I pulled up to the drive through. I sat there for a good 5 minutes. And nobody welcome me nothing when I said hello, all the girl said was sorry. What can I get you so I proceed with my order. I come there every day since Hobert. On route 6 has been remodeling. They do my drink wrong every time? But I give them the benefit of doubt maybe they'll start learning, but apparently they do not learn nothing everyday that I come there. I pay $8.34 for my drink. I come there today to get my same exact drink. Dreading that I'm gonna get my drink wrong but benefit a doubt again. They were trying to charge me extra for whip cream. Whip cream already comes on this drink and I told them wrong. That's not the price. I'd never get charged for whip cream because it comes on the drink. All the girl was doing is laughing and a smart butt comes to the window. You know, I want to say the bad word. Come to the window said, ma'am. You always come here. We charge extra for whip cream. No, you don't. I wish I save my receipts. I will never recommend anybody to come there. They need to shut that place down. People always return in their food and their drinks because they can't get their heads out of their butt to do their job correctly. They need to get a stronger crew there.
