Individual who waited on us was Alex- he was friendly.. never felt rushed and answered all questions about their new flavors with a smile! Definitely will be back. Store is clean and customer service is on point! Before leaving we asked for the nice guy who waited on us- only to find out it was ALEX “the Store Manager” which made our experience even more unique… he was very hands on, very helpful! Always friendly service and great Ice Cream. We went in for the monthly flavor Blueberry Muffin and they were all out and the employee told us it went out quick. Management needs to do a better job of predicting what will sell. Otherwise a nice spot to enjoy a variety of flavors.

Took a while to do this, but not a good Monday evening. Took a friend to get ice cream here, waited 5 minutes for the server to finish her conversation with another customer (no problem) but when I asked for a "single rocky road", she rudely told me "one or two scoops"? I stuttered, "one" and her response,again rudely, was "well you didn't say". Thinking she didn't hear me say single, my friend ordered a single birthday cake ice cream, and same process. She rudely said "one or two". The server didn't understand what a single scoop was. Great ice cream, but be precautious on Monday evenings, assume to say a number. To the server, thank you for the ice cream but if I see you working there when I want ice cream, I'll just go to...

Visited on a weekday, expecting quick in-and-out service just to grab some ice cream, but ended up waiting over 10 minutes. Only one employee was working, and her customer service was terrible — no smile, no “welcome,” nothing. While waiting, I took my son to the restroom, and the level of unsanitary conditions was appalling. There was no soap, no toilet seat covers, no paper towels, and the walls looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in years. It was especially frustrating since my son is at the age where he touches everything, and with no soap available, it felt downright disgusting. This place seems very rundown and the owner should be ashamed of appearance and the lack of staff. Will not be...
