I am writing to complain about Store No. Store #7768, located at 938 West Henderson Porterville, CA 93257. I ordered a pizza at approximately 6:10pm on Friday, July 2, 2021. By 7:15pm it was not delivered. I called and was told it was the driver was "on his way". I accepted that answer and said thank you. At 7:45 the pizza STILL was not delivered. I called again and was told that the driver had knocked on the door but there was no answer so he went back to the store, but was being sent back out I said that if my pizza arrived ice cold I would be sending it back with the driver. Ten minutes later I heard a noise at my door, not a knock, just noise. I opened the door and my pizza was left on my doormat, unattended. And, as suspected, it was ice cold, Clearly, he had been told to just leave it there so I wouldn't return it. This ruined dinner with my grandson, and I now know there are liars working at this Dominoes. I also suspect that if I ever wanted to order again, which is doubtful, I will be treated just as rudely, and who knows what they would do to my pizza. I hope that corporate takes action and does something about either firing the driver for lying and for leaving my pizza on the doormat, and writing up the manager for allowing this to happen. Before last nights incident, two months ago I had ordered from this pizza place online, all was going good and when I went to go pick it up I was aware of the safety precautions due to COVID so I waited while another lady was inside picking up her order, I overheard one of the workers not sure if she was manager or not but she was raising her time at the lady because the lady was Mexican and the worker was having trouble understanding what she was saying, I opened the door without stepping in to help the lady translate and the worker yells at me to step outside, I said I would once I helped the lady translate and she was rude after that. The second time which was last night, I called an hour and a half before closing time, they picked up and said “please hold” so I did for 20 minutes, after 20 minutes I tried calling again and they would just pick up the phone and hang it right back up, so I called 4 more times and they continued to do the same, I could’ve gone and showed them the multiple times I called and how long I waited but instead I called five guys, they have the best customer service and better pizza! Read moreJust before that bs thing in 2019, getting pizza delivered tossed around hard in the box, etc, service was just rotten. It was so consistently bad that I recorded getting my order from the delivery person and opened the items to show my friends and family the craziness.
The story came up again and we decided to order in the beginning of this year. To our surprise it was a new delivery person and must’ve got an entirely new crew too because the pizza was amazing. Thought it might be a fluke, so I ordered the following month with an extra item. Same impressive return with yet another new driver. The third time I ordered something extra, also a different driver delivered the pizzas and the food was great again. So we ordered again with yet another new item.
