I don't think it should take 20 minutes to make one boba drink if it’s not busy. It was me, my boyfriend and three young men behind me. The order was placed at 5:26 pm and didn’t get my drink until 5:43 pm. Griselda took my order first which was one drink. She then takes three young men’s orders right after. How is it that she then takes to go orders from an iPad than make my drink? The young men’s orders were ready and she gave them their food. I went up to her to ask if it was ready even though I know it’s made upfront. She said that she’s trying to pack food first for the iPad orders. While she was starting my drink, another young man was waiting to place an order. Like why are you now multitasking now? We think she forgot. No sense in urgency either. The lady cashier is burnt. I placed my orders and she wasn’t even ringing up my orders or repeat it back. So idk if she got all my orders. She looked like she’s bothered . After I paid and got home I was missing a plate . I called and the guy answered and he wasn’t any help at all. I’m just bothered the way the lady took my order, I have never seen anyone just looked at you and said they got all your orders lol. It’s ridiculous ! She did not have a good customer service. No smile or didn’t greet anyone. That’s a shame! This will be the last time I’m getting food from here. I can’t stand workers that don’t pay attention to their customers or don’t care. I believe she needs to work somewhere else because her customer service just sucks or need...

My husband and I had never had food from this place before. We decided to go all out and try a bunch. We spent $45.09. We got 2 #14 (Hawaiin BBQ Mix) and 1 #2 (Chicken Katsu). The Hawaiian mix was flavorless. The beef was half fat. Not fat with beef but just pieces of fat. Not even a little tender. It was like chewing on rubber bands. Then we get to the Kalbi ribs also where like rubber bands. The chicken was moist but bland. The rice tasted like Uncle Ben's ready rice and the mac salad tasted like sea food.
