Bong Teriyaki — Restaurant in Portland

When I walked in it looked kinda of dirty, I decided to just keep moving forward with ordering an the older man who took my order was very lazy an had poor customer service, still trying to think positive I started ordering an once I was done I noticed while I was giving him cash he decided to wipe his nose holes with his fingers an continued to grab the money an at that point I was already irritated an just when I thought that was it he continued trying to grab my order of frozen shrimp skewers from the freezer that was next to him an the register (STILL WITH DIRTY FINGER). Plain and simple this place is a joke and very dirty....

The lady is super friendly and they would probably have better luck if she communicated with the customers only since the male is super rude and is very clear he doesn’t have any customer service skills. He will also 100% refuse to give you teriyaki sauce to go (even if you say you will pay) yes, you read that correct. He will continue to tell you that you don’t need it lol. Been a regular here for a long time. Prices and portions were really good for a long time but things have slipped. I get food prices have gone up but the quality and quantity are both slowly slipping away. Prices where just raised again, the quality isnt that great anymore as it tastes like things aren't cooked to order anymore, and the quantity was cut back around a few months ago.
