Boss Hawgs Bar 'N' Grill — Restaurant in Portland

I have been coming to Boss Hawgs since they opened. I have celebrated many birthdays and other happy events there. I use to go in there 3-4 times a week. Now I go in maybe 1-2 times a week, however, that will change due to the service. The last few times we have been in there the service is horrible. It is not the bartenders, it is a server. She is the absolute worse server I have ever seen! I have been to many bars. I understand being busy, having a bad day, etc etc. That is NOT the case. She will literally walk by us, look at our EMPTY drink and keep walking. She has brought me a drink I think maybe 1 or 2 times, I always have to go get my drinks from the bartender. She even made the comment one time that it would probably be easier for us to go to the bar if we need one soon. She was a little busy that night but all the other nights she will have maybe 4 tables, maybe. It is ridiculous. She makes me so angry that I have to leave before I say something really rude. I have never made a review on Yelp but I had to vent. I will not be going back to Boss Hawgs while that girl is serving that is for sure. Which sucks for me really because they are within walking distance from my house and I love their food/drinks. Oh well guess I will find another local bar. I am giving HER 2 stars, she is lucky for that. The actual bar gets 4...

The person who wanted to go to Boss Hawg's said the menu is different then b4. It didn't have what he wanted, so he ordered the club sandwich. The club sandwich had to many layers of bread on it, so he took some of the bread off and the bacon was hard for him. He also took the bacon off the sandwich. I ordered a salad with my chicken strips. I asked what was on salad and he said lettuce, tomatoes, Crouton's and cheese. I asked for no cheese & dressing. I got my salad and started to eat it and I could tatse ONIONS, I can't eat onions at all. So I didn't eat the salad, when he came back I asked him if the salad was suppose to have onions in it, he said no. I said the other persons salad also had onions in it. I thought I would get a new salad without onions, but it comes pre made in a bag, I guess. The chicken strips were a little to crisp, kinda hard. The French fries were good. I don't recommend anyone that's African American to go to this bar. First the bar tender made our drinks with nothing but juice then when I confronted her about it she got and attitude and tried to tell my husband and I that she made it with alcohol when we literally watched her make our drinks with straight juice and when confronted again she got very upset and tried to get the whole bar full of white people to go against us so I asked for my refund to go to a different bar and she literally tried not to give me it back saying that I paid with a card when I paid with cash! So I had to literally record her in order for her to give us our money back ! And then told us to never return to her bar which we never ever will !! I'm literally writing this review to warn y'all about how horrible this place is and the food is trash ! Spend ur money somewhere else not this place that's full of racist...
