Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Portland

I order from dominos often and I truly eat more dominos pizza than anybody I have ever met. I eat dominos AT LEAST twice a week every single week and have for years. Anyway today I called and put in an order for a pizza and cinnamon twists and like I usually do I place the order on the app and call the store and ask them to put extra cinnamon sugar on the twists and said i would pay extra AND tip the driver extra.This week a guy named NATHAN answered saying he was the store manager and that he wasn't going to do it in a weird power tripping way. I said I'll pay him and tip the driver extra amd he still refused. Just the fact that he wouldn't do something so small knowing it would get one of his employees an extra tip seemed like such a weird selfish flex I couldnt understand. All of the employees at all of the dominos I have ever dealt with (and have dealt with for years) in portland and seattle have been super cool pizza people. This Nathan guy is not cool, has bad customer service, is a weird pizza power tripper and it looks like he put the most minimal amount of cinnamon sugar on my twists than I've ever gotten as some weird type of power trip. I've never even heard of a pizza place where you can't order extra ingredients. This guy doesn't get pizza, he doesn't get customer service and he doesn't look out for his employees. Delivery time the person that answered the phone said it would be 1 1/2 to 2 hours. I was fine with that. When I placed my order, I gave them my name and cell phone number. It was to be delivered to a business nearby. This business was already in their system with the business phone number. After waiting more than 2 hours I called to check on the status of my order. I was told they contacted the business number and the person who answered said it was already delivered. I said it wasn't and why would you call that number when I gave you my cell number and name. Why wouldn't you ask for the name on the order? The woman who answered was rude and had no remorse. She only said they can fire up another pizza that probably would take another hour to get to us after 2 1/2 hours of waiting. No apology or didnt even compensate for their mistake. 3 1/2 hours later the delivery guy showed up with the order with no name on the delivery. Had no idea who the order was for. I know it was a Friday night and you where busy. But the lack of customer service tonight will have me ordering pizza elsewhere! SERVICE...

As I arrived at Domino's I walked in And stood there at the counter for about 15 minutes before anyone Acknowledged me Didn't say hi how are you How's your day going nothing Of the sort And I felt like I was A huge inconvenience for them They were very busy and it seemed to me like they might have been short-staffed But I was very patient at first but after I stood at the counter for 15 minutes And when they went to go ahead and take my order The Gentlemen was so rude to me I ended up just walking out So unfortunately I cannot recommend this Domino's Pizza I was very shocked and appalled That they are treating their customers that way I was going to order three pizzas for a party So I ended up going to Pizza Hut instead Where I got excellent customer service So dominoes You failed big time And you last a very Valuable customer!
