This place need to train their staff better. Sunday morning at 11:00amn . My friend and I were going to gamble for 15 minutes or 20 bucks, whichever came first. My friend had to use the restroom immediately when we got there. The first thing I smelled when I walked in was mold , overwhelming. My friend asked for a restroom key. and was told no, it's for customers only I.Turned around and said as I'm pulling money out o9⁹⁹⅖945rþfďa 777⁷f the ATM; we're going to gamble.Can my friend please go to the restroom? Again, the lady said customers only have to buy something first. This is horrible customer service. I was standing at the A. T. M. Getting money out getting ready to sit down and she still wouldn't give my friend the key until we actually put money in the machine and pushed the button. That's ridiculous. I will never go back to this Dottie's until they train their employees and get a complete renovation and? Abate the mold that is clearly in the walls floor ceili, g it's everywhere. This business would have had 2 customers for the next 15 minutes to an hour. Dve pending on how well we did, we probably would have gotten something to d ri nk and fed money into the machine, which is their business model, but they lost 2 customers because the attendant didn't z hilohave the fore sight to see that I ûgot money out with the intention of gambling, and she just couldn't come to grips with the fact that I hadn't bought something yet.. Huge training opportunity, and I'm concerned for the mold in the building.Definitely needs to be...

I give it a two because the younger bartender during the day is very very polite and helpful. However the black eyes are the older staff who are very rude and actually said to me thanks for the tip as I was walking away because I did not tip her. Very unprofessional and not deserving of a tip or even a job for that matter. Not to mention the fact that when I walked in about 30 seconds later a lady walked in there was one machine open needless to say it was not offered to me even though I was the first one in the door. UPDATE: I went in a couple times recently and on 1 day there was a new (to me) woman working who was very polite, attentive, 🙂 nice and above all she was professional. I wish she was there everyday. I like playing there but don't go there often because of the rest of the staff. To the woman who was working on the morning of ( i believe ) 01-21-2022 I applaud you. That location needs someone like you....

I'm giving two stars simply because the younger woman is the most friendly person I've experienced in customer service. The short old lady though, I own a BBQ cart next door (I'm no youngster) and every day I come in and get ciggerttes. She is extremely rude every time. I see the other reviews about her and clearly it's not just me. Yesterday I played a 20 and cashed out 100 bucks. I rarely play so a win is a win. She ashed me rudely (I understand the area, I own a cart next door) I asked her for two tens so I could tip her. She never said a word not a thank you or anything. The next day I came in and asked to sit at a machine and she asked for my ID. I explained that I left it at the cart and was in here everyday she very rudely said she'd never seen me before. I'll gladly go to the dottys on my way to work to avoid this woman...
