I have the Dunkin App and love to order ahead and stop by whenever I'm running errands. I understand they're short staffed and have issues sometimes, but they just fail me here again, and again, and again.. One example of their failures, is when I ordered ahead and pulled in to pick up my order, finding the drive -thru closed and blocked off with road cones. This has happened to me 3 times! People can't always park and go inside. Sometimes customers have sleeping babies or disabilities! The coffee here fails again and again, too. It's either WAY too sweet or terribly bitter. The last straw for me was last week when I got a croissant breakfast sandwich. The egg was FROZEN solid. I started chewing it and spit it up into the bag. I was already way up the road, and hungry as hell, so I tried to pathetically rotate the sandwich and find another bite.. No bingo. The whole thing was frozen solid. So disappointing.. no more egg sandwiches from there for me :( Bye bye Dunkin. You've sucked too hard...

Completely rude, disrespectful, dismissive staff member this morning. Walked in and the display counter was rather empty. My wife asked if they had more and if the sign on top was their specialties still available for the day as none was visible in display. Lady said yes. Asked for a couple doughnuts that was on the list and she said “aint got em”. Well, what do u have then? She jus stared and said “well what do ya want?” No customer service, no willingness to stock display, no stating what they do or do not have….we were a complete bother to this person. It was 7:30 am, three vehicles were in drive through and not a single other person was inside. There was 4 employees “working”.
I have been to dozens of locations from California to South Carolina and they have each rattled off what they have if you cant see them. This was the worse display of customer service i have seen at any DD/BR...
Read moreThis is now the second time I’ve tried to do a mobile order at this store that goes through and charges my card, but when I show up to the store, it’s closed! (Before placing my order both times, I checked online and it said the store was open.) I’m still dealing with my credit card company from the previous attempt I made back in December. The first time this happened I immediately called the main Dunkin number directly and they said this store should have their mobile ordering turned off if their store is closed. Clearly that’s not happening! Then I was told someone from the store would call me back to put the credit back on my card. That never happened. Almost two months later, this is still not resolved and now I have to go through this all over again with the second order that went through when the store was closed.
