Just moved into the area, was stoked to see Harder Days coffee open up; and imagine my surprise when I saw these taco truck and smoothie truck next door.
Enjoying a draft beer or cortado or kombucha while listening to the dulcet tones of Sandy Blvd while you eat your tacos is certainly a bonus, but this review is about the main course.
I ordered a pastor taco and an asada taco. Total came out to $2.50 which is solid these days.
The pastor meat was a tad on the chewy side but not bad at all. Great flavor. Carne asada had a nice chew and char. The tortillas were cooked perfectly and gave a nice texture to the whole thing. Salsa roja was my favorite kind, maybe some type of chile de arbol or something else roasted to give it a nice opaque dark red.

The owner is friendly and the food shows how much he cares. Pro tip, arrive just after the lunch rush or on weekends when the pastor has had extra time to marinate. It is divine. The setting may not be flashy this cart provides cheap and cheery food made well.
