So…. my partner went and picked up some breakfast sandwiches and coffee for us. He said this place was really cute inside and there was a big variety of really yummy looking pastries, so I’ll definitely be back for some pastries! The coffee was also really good. However, I was pretty disappointed with my bacon, egg and cheese croissant. I saw an image on google of this sandwich and it looked totally normal sized and exactly how you would picture a BEC croissant. However when I opened mine up, it was literally 1/2 the size of a normal croissant sandwich for $8-$9. I was so sad, it was really tasty but it was SO tiny. It was also super super greasy. In the photos, the image on the plate is the photo I saw on google, and then the other photo is the actual size of my sandwich- it looks like the croissant was sawed in half. Like I said, I’ll still come back for coffee and pastries, but the food is not worth the money.

I have wanted to try this bakery for some time and was a little disappointed. Little T has a nice choice of pastries, breads, cookies and muffins with a lunch menu. I selected a coconut scone, a cinnamon apple Danish, a chocolate chip cookie and a fruit and bran muffin. The Danish was a little overbaked, which made it a little crunchy. The bottom of the Danish started to flak off as I picked it up. The coconut scone was covered in icing, which made it sweet. The fruit and bran muffin was moist and had an interesting taste to it. Little T has a lunch menu with sandwichs, salads, and quiches. The bakery is well known for its baguettes and bread. Located on the the corner is SE Division and SE 26th in Portland. Parking is limited to the side streets. Currently offering takeout only. Little T is well known for it's breads, but the pastries were a little disappointing.

I LOVE Little T's and have been a regular for the past couple years. These folks are super consistent with their baked goodies! My personal favs include blueberry corn scones, chocolate croissants, and ANYTHING involving the pretzel rolls. Coffee here can be a hit or miss depending on how busy the place is. This weekend I saw three folks working and maybe a dozen (!!) folks waiting or ordering. My latte tasted a bit bitter (but strong), and it was prepped and ready for pick up within speedy time. Heads up, the staff really appreciate that customers wear masks when entering the bakery and stay socially distanced. Lots of X marks to help guide you and keep you safe!

I really want to love this bakery because their rustic bread is excellent — when it’s available. Unfortunately, every time I visit, usually around 9-10 AM (a time when it’s supposed to be ready), they’re consistently out of it.

What’s most disappointing isn’t just that the bread isn’t ready, but that the staff never make an effort to check when it will be available. Instead of simply walking a few steps to the back or giving an estimate, they just say, “It’s not out yet.” On several occasions, I’ve had to ask multiple people to get even the smallest bit of information. When you ask for something and they give you something else and you go back and return it, they don’t even say simple “ Excuse Me” nor a word of apology.

Good customer service isn’t just about having great products — it’s about taking that extra step to help customers. I don’t expect miracles, just a bit of initiative or communication. When I’ve tried to express my frustration, it’s been brushed off, as if I’m the problem for asking.

This could easily be a five-star experience if the staff took a little more care to keep customers informed and valued. I hope management pays attention, because the bread really is worth coming for — if only the service matched the quality of the baking. I honestly hope that this place will close their doors to walk-in traffic and continue selling wholesale to other places in town like Providore Food where you interact with more professional and customer service...

I don't think I've ever written a review when it comes to food let alone customer service. Anyhow, I was in the neighborhood and had an amazing breakfast sandwich and cup of coffee at a food cart up the street called Sunrise Co., and I highly encourage You to go. As I was heading down Division St., I saw Little T's, a place I've wanted to pop into many times over the years living here. I didn't realize they closed at two p.m., but it was nearly 30 minutes to 2 p.m., and I was greeted with the most rude and unhappy looking workers ever. Honestly, ever! The cashier looked irritated and had a very impatient vibe about him. I'm sensitive this behavior and can pick up on other's vibes easily. The other two workers standing behind the counter, where what pastries were left out just stood there, staring at me and didn't say a word. It was so awkward for me. If it wasn't for my kind heart, I would've brought it to their attention and left. While I was deciding what to grab, I noticed many fruit flies, landing, jumping from goodie to goodie. All I could think about is "how could these employees' not see this happening?" It's not what I was hoping to see for a first time customer or ever really; however, I purchased a cookie and a slice of ginger bread. For what was bad service and food that I had to toss (I couldn't bring myself to take a bite), that cost me $12.00 plus and a non deserved 20% tip, I left there nearly $15 bucks thrown away and a place I'll...

I walked in and looked at the menu it was my 1st time here. I went to the register and a rude employee barked at me to say that register is closed go to the other one.

Now on the menu for the sandwiches it listed every single ingredient including any special sauce. I ordered a salami sandwich which they said the salami was provided by Olympic Provisions. (I love Olympic Provisions)

When I ordered this I asked if this sandwich came with anything, to which the employee looked at me and said "what do you mean?" Are you kidding me? Seriously, are you kidding me?

So when the sandwich arrived it was completely smothered in mayo. No where on the menu did it say it had mayo. No where. If you list every single ingredient for every sandwich on your menu and then you deliver the sandwich drenched in mayo, you fail at your job.

I ate one half the sandwich and threw it out. It didn't matter where the salami came from, it might as well had been 3 month old rotting raccoon meat, it would taste the same since the sandwich was smothered with mayo, which again, was not listed on the very detailed menu.

I won't...
