Long John Silver's | KFC — Restaurant in Portland

Ordered a 2 pc fish meal which comes with the 2 fish, 2 sides and 2 hush puppies. Received 2 pc combo with a biscuit instead of hush puppies, and was charged for Cole slaw since I was charged for combo instead of a meal. Went back around through drive thru window and nicely informed girl at window that my hush puppies were missing and that there was a biscuit in my order that I never asked for. She answered rudely that they were out of hush puppies. I then asked for tartar sauce and lemon juice packets. She handed tartar sauce and again rudely said they were out of lemon juice packets and slammed window shut in my face and walked off. Besides being Rude , she could have informed me to let me know if the hard biscuit was okay to substitute for the hush puppies. I would have substituted for anything else besides that biscuit. This was Very bad customer service with no intention to fix issue. What was to be a $10 and change meal, became $14 and didn’t even have what comes in a combo that I was charged for. We stopped by the Portland location on 3-4-2025,it was like 830 or 845 pm my son had just finished with his class. Anyways we order the chicken and fish platter,for 12 something,and my friend that was with us order the 2pc. Chicken from KFC, and the platter from LJS,it looked like the fish was old or had been double deep fried,so I had my so to take it back up to counter,along with the fries and the Cole slaw,cause they were also not tasting right,and my friends KFC was also double cooked anyways he took it all back to thr counter after he had already ate one pc.of the fish. But like I had told him I thought it was old. And now I know it was cause today he had to go to the emergency room and he has food poisoning and is very sick. And when he told the people working why the food looked so bad they said it was close to time for them to close and that they were all ready to go home. It was great food. Tables were dirty. Staff was really nice and tentative except one woman. A woman named Cheryl. The Manager. She was horribly rude to not only me but to another customer after me. She set food on the counter and yelled Jordan after a few moments and nobody going to pick up the order I went to ask if it was my order and when I finally got her to quit ignoring me( I had to literally shout excuse me just to get her attention) I asked what name she called. She ignored me and yanked the bag of food from in front of me and was rudely speaking to another employee. After a few moments she returned and gave me my food. She was rude to the staff and just overall rude and mean. I felt so bad for the employees that work under here.
