I frequent McDonald's restaurants all over the world, and this was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. The employees were incredibly rude and demeaning, the food took approximately ten minutes from the time of order placed to the time the food was ready, and there was trash all over the restaurant floor. Each garbage can was overflowing, and I was forced to leave my food bag on the top of the can.
The employees had absolutely ZERO motivation to work. This was highly evident as I was the only person in line at the main register, and waited approximately five minutes before I was rudely acknowledged by an overweight female employee with pink hair. There was no, "Can I help you?" But instead, I was rudely directed, "You need to use the machine over there" (referring to the automated ordering kiosk). I do not like using the automated kiosks, but was rudely "instructed" to do so.
I am incredibly disappointed with the performance of this McDonald's restaurant. It is a very large disgrace to the McDonald's brand, and the franchise owner of this location should be ashamed of him/herself.

Let's seebthey where out of chicken strips. They than messed up my order. I ordered a double quarter pounder without a bun. They at least got that right. Front counter was unaware that they were out of leaf lettuce so without asking me they substituted shredded lettuce. It's very hard to eat a burger with no bun with shredded lettuce. They should have informed me before making that change. When I took it up to have my sandwich fixed was when I was informed that they had no leaf lettuce. They attempted to fix my sandwich. When they fixed my sandwich they then forgot to readd my Tomato that I had already paid 50¢ only then to find out they no longer had sliced tomatoes. So I ended up with diced tomatoes. Read moreEat here if you must. Does not honor street prices as per PDX supposed requirement. That's just the beginning. Ordered a sausage mcmuffin, through the kiosk as yhe counter is unmanned.
Was going to het my compadre one also, but for another $4 didn't know if he would eat it, so decided not to.
Then I got to the counter to wait to pick it up and I see this (attached picture). I should have been able to get it for a buck. Wow guys way to drop the ball. If you force us to use the kiosk your sinage and advertising means nothing.
This operation is a failure on a few levels. Just look at thier many many 1 star reviews!!! These folks don't care, and continue to operate business as usual.....poorly
Spend your money with businesses that actually care and do a great job, like the Henry's pub. Yes they serve breakfast, and a very good one too. My son is dissapointed when he has to fly out of the other side of the terminal when he misses...
