McDonald's — Restaurant in Portland

Employees here are really unprofessional, cackling loudly and socializing behind the counter, the kiosk I was using was down yet no sign posted on it, the cell coverage is terrible and they have no wifi so I was having trouble pulling up the code on app, an employee takes a break and of all the places decides to sit right behind me (the restaurant is empty) and facetime someone on speaker phone nice and loudly & start having some kind of dramatic conversation, the employee that brought me my order gave me an extremely unfriendly look and did not respond when I said "thank you, have a good day", zero diversity in their staff - all Latino. A bum came in and sat next to me trying to beg so I got up and moved. A different employee comes on break to area I had moved to, gives me a look then gets on speaker phone with someone and lays down on bench next to me talking loudly and dramatically. Very awkward unprofessional environment in the store, very much reminds me of the McDonalds in Southern California which is where I'm guessing these employees last came from, obviously south of border before that. They try to annoy anyone that isn't Latino, they'll mess up your order or take longer, and they let bums hang out in the store to help annoy anyone that isn't Latino, this is exactly what they do in Southern California when I lived down there for 8 months. I would absolutely fire the person in charge of this store and rehire the staff, the current employees can go back to Mexico and work at McDonalds there since that is what they are trying to turn these stores into and that apparently is what Mexico wants - to...

If you're a fast food chain, and the only one in the area, (I add,) in the busy, bustling, industrial area along US Hwy 30; ( which every morning, starting around 4am; and every afternoon, starting around 3:30pm), becomes a super highway of folks going to, and coming from, their jobs; you have to be, at the very least, GOOD!

I am not a big fast fooderite, but this has to be one of the first times where the food was as good as the billboard! I know. When your really hungry, so hungry you would settle for rotten apples which fell months ago; birds, and all creatures of the night, have turned their noses elsewhere. But eating something this morning, was one of those days where, 'I could take it or leave it.' Not really hungry, but 'I could eat!'.

Clean restroom, but for those women who's disability requires them to sit; OUT OF TOILET SEAT COVERS. POLITE & COURTEOUS STAFF & CUSTOMERS. I would like to state that before I write this review I always give the establishment a chance at correcting their mistake before writing the review. With that being said this McDonald’s gave me an incorrect order I asked for two Egg McMuffin‘s for those that don’t know apparently the guy that worked there doesn’t know what egg Mc muffins are the most famous sandwich ham egg and cheese which those of you that are familiar with it know that that’s almost a five dollar sandwich in today’s world somehow. I get all the way home and discover I got two sandwiches with just eggs and cheese on it I drive all the way back there after trying to call to let them know I will be on my way back and they literally just replace my meal our order and come to the window and say enjoy a free pie here you go.
