Absolutely love this place. I totally stumbled upon it on a quick trip. I hear they have excellent coffee and delicious food! Today is a bubble tea kinda day for me! Met the team and they are super nice! The had masks on and ready to serve. I don’t buy into this plandemic to much, but this place was clean to the max.. I’ll be back for sure .. I’ll bring my kids and wife next time too. Outdoor seating was great by the way! Portland is beautiful this time of the year!! Thanks mocha express team for making my day even better!!

Really good matcha latte with boba! The very nice barista asked me how sweet I wanted it and the boba was the right texture! The matcha wasn’t too “watered down” by the milk. It was a good strength!

LOVE this Place!! Been stopping by when Westbound on SE Powell Blvd for years. They make the smoothie or milkshake from scratch while you wait, and they are delectable, always superb. And you're in the same lot as a health food grocery store, a car parts store and Studio One theater, with Safeway across the street to the south. And you come out of the lot onto SE Powell Blvd which can connect you to anywhere - I-5 about 20 minutes west, I-205 about 15 minutes east, with 39th as a central north-south corridor. I used like this place because it was close the drinks were great but after this experience I never came back. I came in and ordered buble tea and when I left i started to drink my drinks and the boba was undercooked. It was supper hard in the middle and if you riped it in half there was a powder in the middle.( The boba pearls are first powder and if there is some in the middle that means that it is undercooked.) Maybee this place got better I dont know but I dont...
