Called in order. The representative told me they were busy, and the order will be ready in 30 mins from my call. I called at 6:15p Saturday Jan 8th. Went in at 6:30p to pay.
Tried to type in for the MySlice Rewards. In the last two visits, the cashier cuts me off before the number gets fully typed in. Even after I ask to go back so I can finish, the receipt fails to show it got processed.
I sit down to wait for the food to get made, especially since I am earlier than they quoted me.
About 20 minutes pass. Three or four customers come in and get their order. For all I know, they came in or called before me.
The person at the end of the line finalizing the orders and calling names, she asks me the name for the order for which I am waiting to pick up. I tell her, she looks for it along the line of pizzas currently being made. Continues to work.
Around 7 p.m., she glances my way and appears to be confused. Looks for my order again along the line of current orders being made. Then, he looks at the ready to pick up rack.
From the moment I came in to pay till she found my pizza at 7 p.m., I've kept an eye on the pizzas they were building. All had toppings other than cheese. My order placed is always the same, 2 family cheese, less sauce. (After getting home, at least 1 of the 2 seemed to have regular sauce. I get less sauce because my oldest has a texture issue with his food)
Once she found the order on the ready rack, it was then I knew it was finished and ready to picked up before I paid.
What confuses and angers me is how it is possible this happened? The person whom I paid the bill did not communicate to other staff a phone order just got paid. No other staff asked me my name except after I was seated for 20 minutes. Even then, no one cheked the done rack.
I called in at 6:15p + 30 minute wait = pizza ready by 6:45p. Arrived at 6:30p, 15 minutes early, and waited patiently while others walked out with there more complex orders. Waited 30 minutes to walk out with my order that was already done before I walked in.
During this time inside, I heard a worker complain about labor costs being at around or under 24%, and the ancitpated cost should be closer to 60%. They've only made like 100 pizzas, and it felt like double that.
It just seemed to me that he is under the impression that the more pizza the sold equals higher labor cost.
I dont know, but this threw me off guard.
Overall, I was disappointed...
Read moreSo this was terrible, went in for a simple chicken bacon stuffed with onions/tomatoes on the side, the young woman working at 6:30-7:00pm 12/14/2022 was terrible, could not work the register and messed up my order twice, then gave my order away to someone else, then once she was informed of the mistake she made she had to run after then to request my order from the people she just gave it to , knowing the order was incorrect they were offering her she took it anyways and tried to hand me a totally different order, after telling her no that's not my order and that she needed to get the correct order she then chased them as they were pulling out demanding they give me my order back, as they refused she argued with them, all while this took over 20 minutes and my kids were in the car screaming because they were hungry and my husband and I had just gotten off of work, the older kid (assuming he was training) apologized for his co workers mistakes and informed me this never happens nore takes this long, but no direct apology from the young lady herself. I then requested after she finally gave me my order after 20+ minutes that she also give me my sides. This was the worst experience I've ever had in my entire life in any type of restraunt. They offered a cheesy bread or s'mores bite to compensate my long wait but it was already passed my kids bedtime and my husband had to work early I didn't want to have to keep anyone up later at night making more food. Now my kids won't end up in bed until after 8. When I showed up at 6:15-6:20 pm expecting to have my kids in bed. I didn't arrive home until 7pm because of all of this. The young man whom looked like he was training was amazing. He made the younger woman go get my order and after her first 2 mistakes he took it upon himself to make it, all she had to do was wrap it and hand it to me. Super disappointed and at this point will no longer be coming to this location unless something will be done about...
Read moreRecently had a very concerning experience at this location. When I arrived to pickup an order I found there had been a mistake. The manager was on the floor so I asked her if I could have my order remade, it wasn’t a super big deal but I still wanted the right pizza. She made an effort to apologize, but name dropped an employee who she insisted was to blame. “Must have been (redacted), they are always messing up orders, I’m sorry for that” I insisted it was alright but found it odd that she was so quick to blame a staff member for such a simple fluke. She then proceeded to pull that employee from what she was doing and forced her to apologize to my face. The worker was puzzled and explained that they had not made that pizza. The manager then proceeded to tell the worker that if they didn’t apologize they would be written up. Their face turned white as a ghost. They then proceeded to apologize for the mistake as if they HAD worked on the order. Finding this to be disturbing I confronted the manager and said I didn’t think it was appropriate for her to be threatening an employee like that and she whipped around and said “are you the manager here? No, I can do as I please.” I knew then it was my time to leave, I told them never mind, I don’t need any changes to the pizza and left. I don’t think people who behave like that should be running any sort of establishment. If you run into “Jennifer” at this location, turn away and never return, she sounds like a...
