Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Portland

The only problem I have with this place is they're not very bustable and I don't drive so it was quite a long walk from my house and they say they deliver but yet they don't. Certain places have a pizza that I want. Other stores don't so. So I ordered a pizza thru their delivery & if u didn't put certain amount down 4 a tip it was almost IMPOSSIBLE to complete order. well folks...I DO NOT TIP BLINDLY!! Find the help. Should I tip for something I haven't received or seen yet so I was planning on tipping. When the delivery person got here they said they were supposed to hear a certain time. They don't have any way to track it like for the bird DoorDash so right about that time. I went to my front door because I live in a secure building and I live on a major street and my pizza was sitting outside on the landing the apartment complex I was related. I called the manager right away and they said that they promised some of them would call me back within the next day or two. That was 4 days ago. I would suggest that you do not even go to that store. Eat from that store. Deliver for that store. Nothing. They are a joke and the more people that go there more their behavior is going to be validated. We don't want to do...

This Papa Murphy's is great not only because it is walking distance from my house, but also because the people who work here are great. I have ordered take and bake pizzas from here quite a few times over the years but I was most impressed on Wednesday night when it took me three hours to drive home from work during the snow storm that hit Portland. I called in an order on my way home because there was no way I was going to cook after traveling at the pace of a snail the 12 miles from my work to home. Even though this location was getting ready to close early due to the snow, they took my order and stayed open long enough for me to come pick it up.

The staff at this location have always been nice and always willing to accommodate my hatred of tomatoes on pizza. They allow me to substitute tomatoes for black olives or some other veggie friendly topping.

Really the only thing that would make this place better is more vegetarian options on their pizza menu. I switch back and forth between their veggie pizza and their gourmet veggie pizza. Papa Murphy's will often place specialty meat pizzas on their menu... it would be refreshing to see them incorporate something new and interesting for us...

This is my favorite Papa Murphy's, of the many I have been to. It is in the neighborhood that I grew up in in North Portland, on Rosa Parks Boulevard, formerly Portland Boulevard, at the intersection of North Denver Avenue. It has gone through several owners over the years, but luckily, they have kept the quality level up, the people they hire seem to be friendly for the most part, and the last few pizzas I've gotten there have been exceptionally good, for any Papa Murphy's standards. I'm hoping I have not jinxed myself by saying this, and I'm hoping that they see this, and use it as inspiration to keep their quality top-notch. I always feel like the pizza quality is at this location, the flavor is better, and they aren't as skimpy as some of the other locations I've been too. The toppings are always plentiful, and the cheese is always abundant. I will go there, before any other Papa Murphy's, given the opportunity. Enjoy, I'm sure you...
