Okay first of all the girls that works here the last two days is not pleasant or even nice.. they are slow and not good customer service.. I mean if you don't want to work then quit cause you work in food service industry and it's all about serving customer service to all of your customers and welcoming them and say . Hi how may I get you or something and also smile and greet customers with a good positive attitude but nothing of that at all I mean rude and no urgency or anything I mean people are waiting a least 10 or 15 min on getting 1 drink made by the first here and when their are 4-6 people waiting in line not even acknowledge the customers in line really bad service all the time I come here I mean how are you expect to make any money and or tips when you are so dull and completely rude the manager needs to put the girls in check and if not they you all are this peets coffee won't be in business for very long I not very happy you girls need to do better at customer service cause you are in food and beverage service to serve not to have customers feel like they are welcome to come and get coffee this is very bad and slow service don't come here you will wait 10-15 mins on getting 1 beverage drink and it shouldn't take that king at least 5 mins at most depends on how many drinks and how many...

It was past closing time, and the coffeeshops and restaurants on the concourses were flicking off their lights as I approached. It'd been a long day, with multiple flights and even more airports, and what with work the next morning and a long MAX ride to home, I was feeling a bit crushed. Defeated, I exited the sterile area into the open area only to stumble across this tiny Peet's outpost.
THEY WERE OPEN! Not only that, they'd be open for a couple more hours! Oh, I did a happy dance. The barista was in good cheer, fed me what I didn't even know I needed, and sent me off with a large mug of hot coffee full of joy and happiness.
Now that's how you rescue a long day and wind up skipping all the way to the MAX. Thank you, nice...

This Peet's location opens at 4. Several of us walked to the counter at 4:01 AM and were told by the employee that they open at 4 AM but follow their computer's clock which said they still had 9 minutes.
