If I could give 0 stars, I would. My parents came into town and ordered a pizza to be delivered to the holiday inn by the airport, LITERALLY HALF A MILE AWAY FROM THIS PIZZA HUT, all three of my sisters were able to find this location just fine, we gave THE SAME location for the delivery, over 40 minutes after our pizza was supposed to be delivered we get a call from a man that couldn’t find our location, and after explaining to him how to get to our location he called back 20 minutes later that he still couldn’t find us, and then hung up on my dad. My dad then called the store itself asking to get a refund as the driver could not find our location, not a single person in that store could speak hardly any English, when asked what his phone number was he said “20..” and the lady repeated back “41...” my dad then obviously getting frustrated with the situation asked to speak with a manager and was then hung up on!! When we called back it took ten minutes for them to answer the phone, when they finally did answer we immediately asked to speak with a manager and were hung up on AGAIN, we called a third time and a gentlemen answered that also spoke very little English, we asked to speak with their supervisor or manager and all he could say was “no manager” and then he had the audacity to argue with me that the location we gave them didn’t exist, even though I’m reading him the exact location stated on the hotels phone, and if he simply googled it like an intelligent being he would very easily see and find it, he continues to argue with me that we don’t have a location not that it MATTERS at this point it’s been almost two hours since it was supposed to be delivered, I asked to simply get a refund because I didn’t receive the products I had ordered and paid for, and all he seems to know to say is that we didn’t give them the right location. At this point all we wanted was a refund and all they wanted to do was argue with the little amount of English that he spoke. YOU DO NOT ARGUE WITH CUSTOMERS! By far THE WORST customer service I have ever received in all of my life, I work in customer service so I understand how difficult people can be, but this was the most ridiculous experience I have ever had with an establishment. Not only do any of them speak hardly any English, but none of them are equipped in the communication and customer service skills necessary to work in a customer service setting. Then, once they did, this guy Andrew was looking like he didn't want to make eye contact with either one of us. It took him an additional 10 mins. to type in our order. In the meantime, he kept rubbing his eyes time and time again, looking away at other things and people, except for us. Next, he quoted us an inflated price of $50 and some odd cents, for 2 stuffed crust, specialty pizzas with no extras on added and without any side orders. And, when we asked him to repeat to amount to us. He got an attitude and said, 'what!? Do you want to speak to my manager?!', addressing my friend who had said nothing to him during this process, except 'What?' after he quoted the price to us, the first time.
