Terrible customer service. The employees were more interested in chatting with each other than doing their job. When I finally did get someone to come to the counter to take my payment she said " what you got"? I told her and she told me the amount than promptly walked away. Very rude! If I were the owner of this shop I would fire at least half of the employees and keep the ones that actually do their job. This is an airport restaurant....folks are in a hurry! Do your job and provide some customer service! After I posted this I see that the business owners only response is to ask reviewers to provide more information directly to them. Your store has employee issues and if you have any business sense at all you will train your employees properly or lose business! People read reviews so you should take...

So, I tried to get a sandwich my friend told me was good from this place. Girl from the counter comes over to me and tells me they can't serve me because they are short staffed... The guy in front of me, she says, is the last person that can be in line. I'm shocked at what she's saying to me but have no choice, and I walk away. But a few minutes later, I saw a few more people get in line, and that girl didn't shoo them away. What the hell? Lots of places are "short staffed" and still serve customers. I had extra time, so I didn't care about the wait. Poor quality product and service at airport. Limited selection of breads. Either white or whole wheat. Asked for not toasted. Not allowed. Toasted bread comes out of oven all black around edges with cheese almost carmalized. Asked for lettuce, mayo, and avacado only with chicken salad. Later found tomato inside which I am allergic to. Also found avacado peel inside. Chicken salad was bland tasting mostly like mayo. Workers were chatting constantly about private life matters. Asked for a bag and clerk literally threw it at me and I had to bag my own stuff. If at the airport, go elsewhere for a sandwich. Even a Subway would be better than...
