Bad customer service they make me wait while they confirmed the order was ready and not even a sorry for the Delay !
You forgot on your response to mention that you do told me that you do not make enough money with DoorDash therefore walking customer order will go prior, so this confirms that you care for the margin associated with customers and not your customers this is no very ethical and not fair for your customer if you not making enough money using this platform stop using it or tell your customer that they will be served after the walking ones because too bad they order, they pay a fee to get your product delivered but they still have to be considered 2nd !!! Again no ethics here which you didn’t seem to realize and still
The change of tone is a normal reaction for your condescending attitude by your words you had no consideration for my time as well, I’m also working and this is unacceptable, it’s the same reaction like if someone skip the line in front of you !!! If you don’t get this I don’t know why are you even in customer service and hospitality this is a juice bar there’s no vip and it wasn’t even busy 11am !!!
I was respectful in my words, when you said I’m being aggressive I said no I’m unhappy because you realized that you couldn’t win this argument you put yourself into the victim posture and escalated by threatening to cancel the order on which I respond that’s up to you, you asked me to leave I said the app is still showing this as a valid pickup and I’m waiting for this to clear, you told me that you were calling 911 more escalation, I said I’m not doing anything wrong so please do, at that moment you couldn’t impose your tyranny on me, you mentioned that have video camera that record voice plz share them plz I encourage you to do so.
You were condescending with me, you were unethical with your platform customer, and you tried to turn this around so you appear as a victim I’m escalating this with your...
Read moreLots of juice options, but I wouldn’t get a açaí bowl Or anything that requires hands on, they do not use gloves here. I got an Açaí bowl here a couple weeks ago the girl who was making my bowl was touching her hair, didn’t have no gloves on & just my luck that I ended up having hair in my açaí bowl, I was able to get a replacement bowl, but was confronted by the manager when I went back she said the state of Oregon doesn’t require restaurants to use gloves she said the gloves hold more germs although they do have gloves behind the counter because the girl put them on after I told her that I had hair in my last bowl, (it seems as if the manager was more concerned about me asking the worker to wear gloves when she makes my food specifically instead of being concerned about there being actual hair in my Açaí bowl, which was very disappointing) when I go to other restaurants in Oregon, I see the cooks with gloves on I guess some people rather not use them because it is “optional” but I feel like it is disgusting peoples fingernails are dirty hands have germs that we cannot see with a naked eye, so I do not get my bowls from there anymore at the most I may get a juice from there that is already made & ready for purchase in the bottle. If you do want an Açaí bowl, I would recommend Moberri on Hawthorne. I still cannot believe that the workers there told the manager that I asked them to put on gloves when making my food.. it takes four seconds to put on gloves and that was a problem for them so I I wouldn’t recommend this place. There are a lot of other options in the city that are very sanitary & don’t have a problem catering to your...
Read moreABSOLUTELY THE BEST!!! 💚💚💚
If google let me, I’d put 10/5 stars!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️+more!!! Not only is this the best healthy (AND DELICIOUS) food/ smoothie spot in PDX, but it ALSO has an amazing atmosphere. I don’t have anything but glowing things to say about this clean, beautiful, delicious, lively one stop shop. Par, the owner, is such a hard worker who puts her heart and soul into every order and every person that comes through the door. The love and attention the whole staff gives to costumers is so important and pure green Portland knows how to do it right!
Also, as a high school student I can say that all of my friends and I love this place as a perfect after school hang out. It’s super safe and welcoming. I would recommend pure green to any one of all ages but especially kids and families in the area. They have fun hanging chairs and games that take the already incredible experience to a whole new level.
Also- THE DECOR!!! I love Instagram and if you do too, don’t miss this place. It’s the perfect backdrop to any insta pic. So cute and chic. The owner really pulled out all the stops to make it the cutest most trendy teen hideout!
Bottom line is: GO TO PURE...
