Sellwood Corner Food Carts — Restaurant in Portland

Small food court so spaces were tight but there’s absolutely nowhere to park so I had to park over a block away and walk over here. And when I got parked and got over here turns out the place I came for wasn’t even open and there was no notes of any sort saying why so I went to another cart that had a note on their window back in 30 minutes but no start time so I walked my dog around and 40 minutes came back and the note was still there and the windows were still closed. My wife and I ate at Pinto Thai today and as much as I'd like to give a five star review, I cannot. The food tasted excellent, the staff was so kind, and they even gave us a free Thai tea!
