Slow Pour has become my go-to spot for business meetings, and it’s easy to see why. The ambiance is perfect – conducive to both work and socializing. The ample space allows for productive discussions, and it’s refreshing to see a mix of people utilizing it for various purposes. The coffee and food offerings are top-notch, consistently satisfying both my caffeine fix and hunger cravings. However, I’ve noticed that service can be a bit slow at times, possibly due to being understaffed. Despite this, the staff remains friendly and accommodating, which helps alleviate any frustration. Overall, Slow Pour is a gem in the neighborhood, and I’ll continue to frequent it for its great atmosphere and quality offerings.

Huge space. Great for a group meet up. Like walking into a living room in spots as the title suggests. Coffee was good. Parking lot and plenty of street parking. 4 stars because the food selection is not great. Pastries, bag chips, hockey puck vegan protein bars, blah. It’s so inviting and then if you get hungry you’ll need to peace out. I know it’s a coffeehouse and not a cafe but simple things like a daily soup with bread or pre made sandwiches are not hard to do with an entire kitchen at their disposal.

This used to be my favorite coffee shop. I would drive here from Washington because of the amazing white mochas and bagels, but in the past few months something has shifted. They no longer bring dine in coffee/food to your table and the food menu has expanded but it’s not worth the money. I just spent $12.25 for a bacon grilled cheese to be served this dry, microwaved bacon and half a slice of cheese. Dissatisfied and disappointed is an understatement.

I was asked to "take my things & leave" today. I have been going to this location for years! Before it's was slow pour & during. I get a latte to go often, but sometimes a bagel to eat there first, then take off with my coffee to go. I have a sweet, well-behaved doggo that is always with me. It's never been a problem before. Whether i leave right away with my latte or i eat my bagel first, then go. We have always been welcomed & allowed. Well, today, was a bagel day. Im barely done eating my first half & an employee walks up to me. A larger, sturdy woman. Black dyed curly hair. Angry look on her face. She says "we don't allow dogs in here. So i need you to take your stuff & go" those words exactly. I was stunned & just instantly did what i was told. But wait, what? Did your house rules change? That's totally okay! I understand that. I have been thankful they've always allowed doggos. Loved dogs it seemed. But things changed. I understand that. I've been in customer service for 15+ years. I feel this could have been approached with far more kindness in choice of words. There are many other coffee shops i can go to & i totally get losing one customer won't hurt you. But this was handled with no kindness at all & i will not...

(They have gluten free options now for breakfast sandwichs read a review below just thought i would add) What's awesome was when i ordered a breakfast sandwich i thought i was going to get a typical Costco box one but they made , made it . Loved it. The background music was awesome not to loud. The vibe and mix of it was perfect. I have been looking for a quite place to read but still be around people and it works. Tons of seating. Parking is very portland but the street parking is good. The man who helped me did good at walking me through the menu till i found coffee and food i wanted and instead of having me stand an wait told me they would find me which was nice. They also had AC. They don't have a menu if your looking for a large meal but more of coffee shop chill snack-able food and read a book which is... what they are so that...

We're regulars here, dropping by 3-4 times a week. The coffee's good, enjoy the large space and community vibe, but am not enjoying the recent attitudes of the baristas over the past few weeks. We're here on Wednesday 3/12 at about 9:30am. Ordered a large hot coffee and a decaf iced latte, our usual order. Received my coffee and waited for about a half hour before inquiring about about the decaf iced latte. The new snippy barista pointed at a watery iced americano on the bar and said I had ordered that. I have never ordered an americano in my life. To add to the fun, when they handed me my remade drink the other dark haired snippy barista said "Ma'am, this is called a decaf iced latte next time you order." I said that is what I ordered, and y'all made an americano. I think the owners need to check in on your employees. They are...
