The staff is covid-masked and almost always young and friendly... and they are doing a difficult job. This is entirely take out, and they used to have umbrella coverage to allow customers to sit out front, but somebody stole all of their umbrellas one night. Nonetheless, they do a very brisk business through the drive-thru window, and every order I have gotten from them has been perfect. Do please remember to tip them, they can't add it to a card and I think they can't put out a tip jar because it attracts bad behavior, so I usually hand a single along with the card on my small...
Read moreCame to the drive through today and had an order of three drinks. The guy taking my order (Christopher with blonder hair) was really rude. I kept trying to put in my order and he would interrupt with “anything else” as I was still talking. I repeated my order for one of my drinks that has a lot of modifications to make sure I didn’t miss anything and he interrupted with “okay” “I know” “I already got that” as I was still talking. So rude! There was no point in acting that way!
Paddy on the other hand was super sweet! Thank you to him for serving me so well! It made the whole experience...
Read moreVery frustrating. Drive all the way there out of my way to get coffee...Waiting in line for 12 minutes, and then told they can't accept my $100 bill. Doesn't make sense when there is literally hundreds of customers per hour coming through there and they've been open for 4-5 hours already.
Was turned away bcuz I didn't have anything smaller on me. Aren't they a corporation? I got the impression the man who helped me just didn't feel like going to get change. Waste of my time.
Edited to say: As long as you don't have $100 bill - they are nice here, and the coffee...
