Starbucks — Restaurant in Portland

Ordered drinks including a slice of Pumpkin Bread and was given a slice of Banana Bread and when I said, "Oh this is Banana Bread, I ordered Pumpkin Bread" the clerk responded "No you did NOT, you said Banana Bread!!!" with an angry tone! My partner was standing with me as was my granddaughter and both confirmed I said Pumpkin. She tossed a Pumpkin Bread down on the counter said "Thanks" and then started to bad mouth me (the customer) to her coworker while I could hear her ranting! I walked away slowly still looking her direction and she continued her claims that I was wrong and she was right along with a string of rude and inappropriate comments. No other customers, no line, not busy, but took the time to argue with a customer and then shame the customer to a coworker in front of that customer. I know good customer service and this was...

Wow man! I come here often! Always a pleasure.. But not today!! The girl with the bun straight on her head and fake dimples was completely rude!! She made our drinks and it was just plain hot milk.. Was supposed to he carmel macchiatos.. One tasted like sweet water.. When we asked to have them remaid.. She argued with me making snide comments.. Completely rude!! Well she remade them and this time they were scorching Hot and had no carmel at all!! Very very poor service this time.. My guess is to only come when the little red head witg glasses and the bigger girl are here.. They're super sweet every time.. But the bun girl with fake dimples should be...

When inside the Starbucks 2 people inside, it was half price time from 12 -3 and I went in and ordered my drink. Somebody was at the drive through and they were making her drink. My ticket came up, she grabbed it. Put it to the side , Another drive through one came up she grabbed that one, Drive-thru's first. I thought it was first come first. Oh boy here comes the bad attitude , She gave me a nasty attitude. I wasn't gonna to stand there until she decided to make my drink , look how they treat you. You can see she does this all the time to people. She was too good at it....
